I can see the deep wound you have & your grieveing needs proffetional medical/therapy, with time you will learn to let go & totaly heal. Avoid isolating yourself you need to talk it out, but people should not stress you either into going back to work immediately cos' you need rest until you heal properly. We were hurt by Isma's death. i was deeply hurt yet i had seen Isma only on tv and social media. Now let's be honest and considerate and accept that no one.. and absolutely no one can understand what Kakalamu is going through!!! he can't even explain the pain he is having even if he wishes to explain it to anyone so let us be kind to him. let us allow him to undergo the grieving process fully. let us not force him to heal (it is the worst anyone can tell him now) Kakalamu will heal when the time for healing has come but for now, let us just encourage him to accept the reality, go back to work & breath. healing will take its time and let us allow him to take all the time he needs🙏 Thank you SB4 media.
