I just want to add a point here: when you are paying additional amount, You shall tell the bank staff "Partial Pay off " and ask them what are the pre payment charges and decide. If you directly pay the amount it will goes to advance payment, which makes u loss. advance payment means you are paying further EMIs in advance. 👍🏽

one more strategy is also there..the 10% of EMI if we invest in Equity MF with 12% return...will also be another useful one..in this case its 4,500 pm in equity SIP the result is 45L..so its almost same as interest component..

Awesome video. But when we try to make 13th EMI, just have an awareness that how much minimum amount would be considering by the either bank or NBFC to make the payment. Every financial organization will have different minimum amounts for partial principal payment. Example, LIC HFL is 50k, HDFC is 75k like this. Before you make plan to prepare your 13th EMI just check with your loan vendor.

HDFC accepts pre-payment only if the amount that you wanted to pre-pay is more than 3 months EMI
