I'm curious about the overhead snatch grip push press i see you doing, whats the reasoning, are you working on some specific issue or similar. I need to improve my overhead stability and lockout in order to snatch real weights. So I'm interested in this topic. Cheers.
Hopefully you reach 90% of your 2016. In a couple week i am gonna start you basic training plan for atleast 3 months to get back into weightlifting shape

The best training day sleep of my life was when we did max on both lifts the sauna with eucalyptus oil, then straight out of the sauna into a 45° pool, swim underwater to the other side which was about 20 m then out of the pool straight into hey very hot Jacuzzi for five minutes then back into the pool then back into the sauna. Did that cycle two full times and had the best sleep ever! Felt fully recovered the next day!🙏🏋️♂️

I do some accessories as well at the end of training and some mobility work before

now I'm trying to do 5-6 sessions per week , depends how im feeling and 1 massage sessions + 1 sauna session and I plan them when i'm not train
