Matte finish does a great job in highlighting things like the shoulder lines, wheels arches etc... glossy finish will look good on cars where there aren't many lines involved in the design..
Matte is hard to keep clean. Slightly oily hands and you have fingerprints all over the car. I have seen a few last week. No matter how good you wash it or gow clean the cloth is, it doesn't look even. I wanted to get matte ppf, but changed my mind completely now
Matte PPF is different from Matte wrap.....

Matt is looking awesome, considering how people have a tendency to scratch on a good looking glossy car/bike I would recommend Matt ppf 😂
its even more easier to scratch mat and cleaning it is alsoi more difficult dust etc sticks more on it

@@rahulsoni-j5o gloss depends on shade some if its some dark shade like black it will need less maintaineence but for any lighter shade it's no brainer go for lyt colour plus one problem with matt is it's not easy to clean it only with microfiber cloth always cleaning gloss with normal cloth would just give u some scratches but doing same on matt means scatch plus improper cleaning once it gets dirty cleaning it is harder then gloss shades require more effort and techniques if your someone driving daily avoid it coz uncle/bhaiyaa who cleans your car won't be able to use good cloth with ryt technique everyday only if your very enthusiastic about and can put lot of effort to do and learn in your daily schedule and weekly washing (with your cloth)then think about it
@@rahulsoni-j5o matt paint finish requires more maintenance and is prone to scratches. No sure if matt ppf would also act in the same way but could be possible.

Both are good, but gloss is very common everyday we see, but matte is super awesome and finish is top notch for matte. I would choose matte ppf. Hats off to brotomotiv team as always doing the best job and reviving automobiles at their best

Black pe gloss hi suit karta hei actually gloss black feels like rich colour compare to matte black...bohut kam colours hei jinpe matte suit karta hei like red, green (that matte safari tropical mist was dope), white aur bhi shades hei par kam hei....gloss har colour pe suit kar ta hei.
does changing or applying black ppf require any updates to RTO? will it create any issue in long run

Been watching the final shots part for like 100 times.. Always loved the Matt and got it done in my swift back in 2014, but somehow in this video the gloss is looking way better. While the Matt doesn't look bad, something seems off about it when you look side by side.. Not complaining about your work, it is absolutely spot on.. maybe something to do with the material or lighting conditions in the workshop

Here, both cars are looking amazing. Great job as always. The design, lines and overall shape of the car also makes a lot of difference when it comes to matte and gloss and the colour also plays an important part in it. Not every car will look nice in similar applications. Personally for me, I believe the Classic Mercedes Benz model 450 SEL (From 1972 to 1980) was the only car which could look great in all colours and either in gloss or matte. I've seen numerous examples of it in the past 45 years. :)

I like the matte finish as gloss treated dark harrier already having the same kind of look, but matte finish stand out the harrier different from other cars.

I would advice and recommend two wheeler and four wheeler owners to please get ppf done bcoz it not only protects the paint from all weather conditions but also gives awesome looks and it's easy to clean the surface

White colour pe Matt ppf aacha lagega ??
It is a subjective choice,
I am a huge fan of matte,
And I usually don't turn my head around when I see a white colour matte finished car.
I have mostly seen Harrier in white matte finish & i wasn't in awe in my first look.
The first matte i saw was BMW 4 SERIES ( not sure about the series because i was very young that time ) some 8-9 years back in OLIVE GREEN MATTE FINISHED & I spent literally 1 hour standing there just to soak my eyes in that beauty. Till date i have seen 1000's of matte car but nothing has ever matched that.
So please avoide matte on white but as I said earlier it is subjective choice, so do your research 🤟🏻

I am a big fan of your work, your videos are really informative.
I have a question, some time back my ecosport met with an accident and due to which "bonnet" needs to be replaced and repainted. The paint job was done at the "Ford service centre" and the paint job done is hideous, too much of an orange peel as well as the quality of the coats are so poor that even after getting it ceramic coated, the gloss has vanished after 2-3 months as the coating was unable to bond with the paint.
Now, again I would be taking my car to "Ford service centre" in Delhi/NCR and get it repainted for better result. As I have been watching your videos and see panels getting repainted in the paint booth, should I ask the painter to hang the "bonnet" vertically and then paint it for better result in terms of finishing? and what else instruction I can ask him to follow?
Also, when "Brotomotiv" is coming in Delhi/NCR region?
