Our Smart switches need a Wi-Fi network to operate with the App and voice command. but if you're in the same room in which smart switches are, you can also control them with your phone in the Bluetooth range if there is no Wi-Fi. Because our switches are Wi-Fi+ Bluetooth. and by the way capacitive touch will still work when there is no Wi-Fi.
