The Tab Caravan is a great caravan for the money and feels super spacious inside. We went to Blackmore Vale Leisure to find out if I should be considering them more!

Nice caravans but I think Freedom caravans are more practical and within your MTPLM. Also similar price to the T&B. Some models have a wet room (shower, toilet, basin). I think they would be easier to live with such as headroom but it's your choice Oliver. Look forward to the video on this subject. All the best. Rob
Hi Rob. Thanks for the comment, I agree they are pretty much at the top of the list. However, trying to find one to look at is very challenging as they ar having supply issues currently as I was due to look at them a couple of week ago. Cheers, Oliver.
I like the concept of these as an option for people who use these as a base only, somewhere to sleep but not much else. If you spend more time out of the van than in, it could be a great option. What about outside? Are there awning options or would it be ‘gazebo’ type shelters to take and erect off of the van?
The missing toilet may be an option, but there’s always porta-potty and toilet tents 👍✊. Do you have a shortlist yet? This one being on it.

Hi Steve, yes you can buy an awning, which might be an option. I'd love a Basecamp but it's 34kg over🙁
Great option for keeping the weight down and making towing easy. I assume you're not put off by lack of washroom or shower?

Good brief review, but I wonder whether it would have been an idea to review it along with its big brother, the T@B 400, a much more flexible and roomy caravan, yet still mobile and just as cute. Bathroom/shower, fixed bed, much better head height- it goes on. More expensive of course, but not so much that would exclude it for most. Had ours for four years and still can't see anything that is comparable on the market. Cheers David ps get the underfloor heating, what a bonus and can be run off the site's electricity.

Love that your carrying the family tradition of caravanning but is a young guy like you not tempted by a campervan if you are going so small on space/bathroom/height etc?
I'd love a campervan but unfortunetly too expensive in uncial outlay and insurance costs🙁
Cute vans, great style, something a bit different; but pretty sure it would “do your head in” literally, the 3rd or 4h time you whacked your head going in/out the door! Great video nevertheless, poor dad having to do all the grunt work, he’ll have to direct the next one ;-)

Nice vans Oliver, think lack of headroom could become a little tedious in regular use.

Great looking little units but if I were you, I'd be a bit concerned about the height issue. After all you still have a few years off growing (taller) to do. Just a thought. You don't want to be walking around with a permanent stoop in later life.🤔

Whilst you were there, did you look at the Knaus Travelino that's also within your weight limits?
We've also looked at the 320 at BVL, I really like the interior, prefer it over the Go-pod.

It was quite a spacious caravan surprisingly. However, I prefer what I have got now!
