I live in Pasco county. Springhill area. Scrapping after the storm was good. One day when I went scrapping I collected 40 vacuum cleaners. That was a lot of cordage. Went thru Weeki Wachee area today and it was a excellent day. I might be able to get a few more loads. I have a Honda Odessy van I use for scrapping. I do very well with it. I am 68 and have been scrapping for a few years now. I really enjoy it. Every piece of scrap I see I stop and get it. The way I started scrapping was I started watching Mike the Scavenger on TH-cam. I don't know if you watch his channel, but I think he is bad ass and very intertwining. He is in Houston Texas.
Next time check the golf clubs, a fellow scrapper found a set the the heads were chrome plated brass. He used a heat gun to melt the glue on the handle to get the heads off.
I wonder how many people were looking at the screen and saying "Put the golf clubs in the dishwasher." Looks like the stuff from the truck could have been stainless, guess they just wanted to get rid.
It’s a hobby. One he’s just enjoying. And sharing. I think that’s the important part for him. I could be wrong but…I’ve watched his channel for years. He could have me hoodwinked! I’m also fairly sure that he would advise you to scrap the way you want to scrap. Offer constructive criticism if you feel you must. The key word there is constructive. Or, just share what you do to remember to clip the electrical cords, or explain/show how you break down a microwave, etc. if you have a scrapping channel…I don’t know but do something differently. Because you’re coming off as sanctimonious. Maybe you intended to sound like you know everything or maybe not and the tone of your message was misconstrued. But back up off other scrappers for not doing things exactly the way you do things. Which would be odd in and of itself and a weird way to spend your time. Like a troll under the bridge. A lonely, old, miserable and misunderstood troll. Who might have mommy issues. Sorry but…come on man! Lighten up. 🙂

I have a small truck. And your loading skills are helpful. I'm working on getting some sides on mine still.

My question is why did u throw the electric motors off with the light iron aka shreaded.
I didn't have any electric motors?
🐒🙊
Fan motors don't count as electric motors?
When they are processed they do.👍
@@Floridascrapper I see. I think the fan blade holders are cast aluminum. That may make it worth the extra effort.
Don't scrap your mates bike. Mistakes.

And I didn't lose a finger!🤣🤣🤣
The constant vrooming sound of your vehicle is very annoying. Can't watch beyond 1-2 min. sorry.
💤That vrooming is his trade mark 😁👍
Gives me headaches. So i skip all his videos on YT @@zawodowy
