How to fry pasta with garlic

  • This is the REAL K-Aglio e olio spaghetti
    [Ingredients]
    Garlic oyster sauce, vegan sauce - nationwide marts
    Tofu, pork belly, garlic, shiitake mushrooms, onions. - Mart
    Vegan Pasta, Vegan Kimchi - Internet
    [Garlic pasta with garlic oyster sauce]
    1) Season 400g of pork belly with salt and pepper
    2) Place whole pork belly on a heated pan and grill until the surface is golden
    3) Add 3 spoons of garlic oyster sauce
    4) Transfer pork belly to baht and cover with foil
    5) Add olive oil to the remaining pork belly oil, then fry a handful of garlic as if frying
    6) When the whole garlic is cooked to a certain extent, add the cooked spaghetti noodles
    7) Add 1 spoon of garlic oyster sauce, 5 Vietnamese peppers (or pepperoncino), 1 tablespoon noodle water and stir-fry well
    8) Transfer the pasta to a plate and cut the pork belly into bite-size pieces
    9) Grill the pork belly in the pan that fried the pasta and place it around the pasta
    10) Sprinkle with parmesan cheese according to taste and finish with basil
    [Tofu Kimchi Pasta with Vegan Sauce]
    1) Cut vegan kimchi into bite-size pieces
    2) Grease a pan with olive oil and stir-fry sliced kimchi, onion, shiitake mushroom, and 1 spoon of vegan sauce
    (If you want redder, add 1 spoon of chili powder)
    3) Add boiled vegan spaghetti noodles and 1 tablespoon of noodles and stir-fry well
    4) Cut 1/2 of tofu into bite-size pieces and season with salt
    5) Sprinkle the drained tofu with all the flour
    6) Grease a heated pan and fry the tofu until golden
    7) Stir-fry pasta again over high heat, then transfer to a bowl
    8) Place fried tofu around pasta

      이금기는 홍콩기업임. 홍콩이 영국령일때부터 존재한 기업이라 같은 쭝궈라그럼 홍콩인들은 반유럽사람이라 졸 기분 나빠함. 우리를 조선족이랑 같다고 하는거랑 비슷한 느낌?

    I just started watching this channel, and I really enjoy seeing you make a vegan/vegetarian dish!
