It is stated that my son started riding on pony at riding club. From day one shafiq the handler has been told by me to tighten the saddle as the saddle is also lose, due to which the child will fell down but rather than tighten it. He shouted in front of everyone and took off my kid by saying that make him sit on big horse. On complaining the manger on the spot rather than telling him to correct his attitude, they were requesting him to make my kid sit on the horse. I have been playing polo, show jumping, tent pegging and safety is most important factor in these sports. I myself understand the sport with full essences. It is recommended to hire individuals who are not short temper and hire those manger who has command and control over his subordinates. Whereas over here it is other way around manager is weak in command and control and lacks understand of riding as sport. He is more of a cashier. Secondly after all this they didn't make him apologize. Rather he was more arrogant. They should train their staff rather. And if they can't manage or run such type of facility in friendly environment please shut it down rather than creating a bad taste for residents.
