Just out of lockdown yesterday in England and my belt was damaged today. Decided to treat myself and Upgrade from a cheaper brand to SBD, this video was very helpful, thanks! Straight to the point and concise, actually showing the differences in sizes was a great touch.
Holy cow! Super helpful video, Ive struggled to find exact sizing for this belt. Ordered a medium, and this video convinced me I needed a large. Called and swapped it out just in time! Thank you
I have the exact same waist size as you so this video was perfect!! Thank you so much I was nearly going to buy Large so I am very glad I did not... Life saver thanks for such a good video :)
This video was great, thansk for the explanation! I am unsure what size to go, as I am a 38-38.5 in sizing. I am planning on cutting as I am at my biggest size right now. The question is do I grab a large or an extra large? I do know large i would have a little to no room if i put a hoodie or a thick shirt on but I am assuming I am cutting and would love to pass the belt to someone when lifting with friends (who are smaller in waist size)
Hi, im 5'7 155 lbs and my waist size is 33" - 34", im planning to get bulk and then cut after, but not too much. i just got my large belt and I have 2 holes to get smaller (the max i can put on and feel super tight), and when i put hoodie on i have 3 holes to get smaller. Should i stay with the large or change it to medium? thank you
Are you at the lightest you think you'll get? If so I'd probably stick with the large. If you move to the medium you will end up closer to the largest holes, in which case depending on the bulk you might out grow it. If you will get smaller than you are now though, maybe going to the medium makes sense.
That was super helpful. I was a bit confused about this sizing issue as i am order online without trying it out. I am not from Canada but i will see if i can buy it from you guys. Cheers.
36 regular and 37 with a brace and the large fits with 2 holes to spare. Medium has about 5 holes to spare. I would like to cut my waist size but I’m worried that if I do unintentionally gain weight in the future that I will not fit medium any longer.. very difficult decision.
It can be tough to find just the right size. Most prefer to have additional overlap, but if you are planning to lose weight then I would likely go with the medium
Hello so i use a standard lever belt i want to upgrade to a SBD belt but i dont know which size i am 76-77kg 85-86cm fully brased and i fall between medium and large. I plan on going to 83kg class but that will happen probably next year. My current belt is gymbeam it is M 76-93 cm and i am in the tighest setting somehow so i really am not sure to get M or L SBD
I would recommend you measure the inside circumference of your current belt on the setting you wear it, and use that to compare to the sizing chart. Then if you are in between sizes I would go up a size since you plan to gain a weight class.
I generally recommend a 10mm to anyone who isn't SURE they want the 13mm. The 10mm will be more comfortable and break in quicker. The belt will never stretch, so both provide excellent support. The 13mm will just provide slightly more side wall flex support.
Hi, my waist size is 84/85cm when fully braced. Currently I weigh 75kg but plan on bulking to around 80/85. The M size is out of stock in my shop and there is only one L size left. Should I go with the L or wait for the restock?
Hey! Great video as usual! Just to double-check, my waist measurement is also around 33.5 inches (6ft, 200 lbs). You would recommend a M even though that would be in the middle of the sizing guide from SBD for a L?
at 33.5 you could go either medium or large. We mostly prefer extra overlap so would probably steer you towards a large. However some prefer minimal overlap. As well it depends on your future plans for weight, if you intend to gain size over time I would probably go with the large as well.
So either a Medium or Large will fit you just fine. I would suggest using any future plans you have for bodyweight to help sway one way or the other. If you intend to gain weight over time then I'd go with the large. If you intend to lose weight over time then the Medium. If you don't plan on changing weight in the future then either will work, I generally prefer more overlap so there is less pinching when doing it up, so I would say the Large. But your preference might be to have less overlap.
Good evening! I’m currently measuring at 37.5-38 inch waist braced, above the belly button. I’m currently on a cut, planning to go down to about 32-34 inch waist. Will large be good for me at my current waist size 37.5-38? As well as when I cut down to about 32-34 inch? Or should I go for extra large. Best regards
ive seen the video, however still a bit unsure. i wear size 32 pants and it feels little loose.. the chart suggest small in terms of numbers, but would medium be better?
Pant size is not a good measurement to use, we would recommend using a flexible measuring tape to measure your stomach where the belt will be worn, normally around the belly button.
Hey, Inner Strength the video was sooo helpful. But I was just wondering, my waist is measuring at a 40.5cm and i'm not sure if my midriff is going to tighten down or bulk up with my core routines. What belt size would you recommend?
Hello! I have 41.7 inches in waist and after getting the 2XL I realised it was a mistake. The belt is too large and it fits me right up until the last hole when I am on the bench. Keep in mind when you are uprise you will use a larger hole for the belt, but when you'll bench press you'll see you'll need to tighten the belt one more hole. If you want to be able to cut as well the 2XL will not allow you that. I also made some videos regarding this size issue. For you the 2XL belt will fit you just how the Large belt fit this lady here int he video. It'll be too much and the surplus of the leather belt will either hurt your right hip, due to the extra layers of leather right above the hip bone, or you'll have to wear it with the belt off-set to the left side in order to not have that hip pain from the lower part of the belt. Hope you got the XL.
It depends on your preference and future plans. If you are intending to gain size over time probably sticking with the XL is better. Even if your goal is to say the same the XL might be fine, a lot of people like extra overlap. If you are planning to get smaller then you probably want to size down.
Hi there! You and I are the same waist size and I'm loosing my weight for photo shot so I was concerned between s and m. This review is exact what I wanted. I ordered s size belt. Helpful gladful so much appreciate it
Hi emm I’m a size 39” waist which is a late large and mid XL. I’m not planning to cut but I will eventually lose weight and gain muscle on my powerlifting journey. Would you say L or XL?. I’m most certain it’s an XL but since most are sold out or are back orders I’m trying to convince myself I’m a Large😭. Was thinking about the 2XL but might just be over kill as I’m going to gradually drop in body fat and weight .
Hi, my relaxed measurement is at 30 but while braced with my belt tight it’s roughly 27.5. I’m 160 lbs right now and plan to bulk up to about 200, worried I’ll grow out of a small or a medium will be too loose, any help is greatly appreciated!
Hi I want to buy sbd belt. My waist measurement is 84 -85cm and I'm pretty lean. Is L too big for me because I plan to decrease my weight by 3 - 5 kg, and my waist might be around 80cm at it's lowest. After that I plan to maintain my weight maybe even gain a little bit in further future.
It depends how much bigger you plan to get, the XLarge should work for you, but if you plan to gain a lot of size then the 2XLarge would likely be better.
For that measurement I would likely recommend the small or medium. The medium would be good unless you are planning to drop weight. We all seem to prefer more overlap on the belt.
It would depend if you are planning to gain size or lose size in the future. Many people prefer extra overlap as it will lead to less pinching, and also allow you to train in a sweater if you prefer sometimes.
hi, iam the size as you. why do you consider the L belt not good. for me i think i would have one hole to size down (not probable) and plenty to get bigger or iam missing something else iam going to order and i dont know if i order M or L
Both belts will work but the large will only allow a little bit of room to go smaller, if your plan is to only gain size then it would be a good option as well.
We all mostly prefer extra overlap, as there is less pinching and allows freedom to train in sweatshirts if it's cold without worrying about running out of space.
Hi thanks for the vid just about to finally bite the bullet and purchase an sbd belt but… I am currently 202lbs which is the heaviest i have ever weighed and am a bit bloated as my diet isnt perfect. Measuring around 37/38.5” around belly button but will probably drop some when leaning up, would you recommend the large even though i am at the top end of the belt measurements atm. Thanks.
I had measured my waist measured it To 36 I had gotten a incorrect belt first which was. A medium In the process of returning it idk if I should get a large or xl as I fall in between both a large goes from 31.5- to 39.5 and a xl goes from 34.5-43.5 I just don’t want the belt to fit tight or too loose
Hello Brendan, I would think the large would be best, unless you are planning to gain size in the future, then the XLarge would allow you more space to grow.
I would recommend an XLarge, you can sign up to be notified when they come back in stock on our website: innerstrengthproducts.ca/collections/belts/products/sbd-belt-2020-version
Im 6'4 185lbs roughly 20% body fat. I have a 5mm belt that I can get to 29.5in at the tightest. My waist is 32in, 31in if I brace, should I get the Medium size?
Hi, my waist is 44 inches and I'm trying to loose some weight, Can you please suggest what size of SBD belt should I order, So I can fit in it if I loose some weight. Cheers
I wear my current belt on 29 inches circumference (my preferred tightness). But I'm planning to gain about 10kgs in about 2-3 years. What size you'd recommend?
Hi I have a 77cm waist at a relatively low body fat percentage, I am planning to go from 73kg to 80 should I get the medium? it says it's ok for 70cm to 100cm and I don't think I will reach 100 cm
The medium doesn't go up to 100cm. That is the large. The medium, at best, goes up to 90cm, in our measurements we estimate it's closer to 86cm once you take into account the curvature of the belt. So at the current time a medium will fit no problem, however depending on how you gain the weight it's hard to say how it will continue to fit, but I would expect you should still be okay.
I think i’m an idiot. I bought it and got a medium, but it fits tight. I measured it too and i was like medium fits well, but it doesn’t.I don’t know what to do? Is there anyway i can get the large instead
my waist size is 35 relaxed and 36 braced. im not sure if to get a Large wich is 31.5-39.5 or get a XL which is 34.5-43.5. I am on a bulk and will continue it but whenever i cut im not sure if a XL will be small enough .
Always tough to recommend when it comes to bulking and cutting, it depends on a lot of factors with weight distribution, how much you plan to gain and lose, etc. If you will be cutting to lighter than you are now then the Large is likely the better choice. If you are planning to be bigger in the end then the XLarge is the way I would go.
hi, thanks for the great size guide. I'm 30.7 and I've been there for years... I'm undecided between S and M... more than undecided I'm going crazy 😅 what size do you recommend?
I would recommend making sure you are measuring while putting the tape measure as snug as you will probably wear the belt. You could likely get away with either of them, with the 51 inch measurement I would lean towards the 5XL. But if that was with a loose tape measure, or you have future plans to drop size then the 4XL will likely be good as well.
Hey there! I loved the video very helpful but I’m still not sure whether I should get a S or a M size belt since my waist size is about 29/30in (20% BF) if I brace extra hard it’s about a 28.5in and I’m still in the beginner phase of gaining muscles so I ain’t certain my waist will get thicker or not. Moreover I sometimes wear a thick pump cover under my belt sometimes just a compression piece, so can someone help me decide pls
There are a lot of variables you've listed there that will make it tough to recommend for sure. I would likely recommend a medium to give you some leeway for wearing something under the belt.
@@Anthony-h1s9vhow are you getting on with your belt? I am similar size but bloated and a bit bigger in the tummy then usual. Thought about getting the large but wouldnt leave much room but think xl will be too big when i start to tidy up.
Hi, I'm 29" at my corrent belt (when buckled) and my waist 32". So which size should I get? S or M? I get really bloated sometimes (women!) But wish to lose a little bit of weight... So I'm confused, pls help🙏

@@SuperMeiMei we just received a restock of them a couple of days ago, so likely at this point it'll be a few weeks into the new year before another one comes in, sorry.
Both Medium and Large will fit you, it would depend on if you are planning to gain or lose weight in the future or if you like a lot of overlap or not much overlap.
@@InnerStrengthProducts I’m about the same 33 1/2 to 34 but I’m in bulking faze and I got a medium I have about 2 to 3 holes left to get bigger should I change for a large or stay medium?

Hello I wanted to know what size sbd belt should I take, I do 76 cm (30 inch) waist, I would like to be in the middle of the belt, I’ll wait for your answer. Good day.
hello, I love the video. I am in need of some assistance. Currently I am a 37-38 inch waist. However, I am worried that I will lose enough weight to exit the XL category. Are the measurements accurate in regards to sizing? For example if i were to drop to a 33 inch would the XL still fit? If not, would you recommend I go for the L instead? Thank you.
Hi I'm about a waist size 36. I'm 6'0, 225 lbs with a more athletic build. I just ordered the large, is that the perfect belt size for my physique? I do eventually plan on cutting down to about 205 sometime this year. I'm in a bit of a middle phase where I am trying to lose weight and I do prefer a bit of an overlap where the belt lever is not near the end holes.
Thanks for the helpful video. My waist is 72cm and 74,5 if I brace. So I'm not sure if I should go for a S or M belt? I'm not planning on gaining weight but I'm just 17 yet and I don't know how much my waist will still grow.
This is really helpful and I would like to know what you would recommend for me, my waist while brazing varies between 31 and 32, I’m also a 16 year old male around 13-14% body fat 152 lbs. I could get a large since I plan on gaining size but idk if I’ll ever get too lean to use the belt at large, I currently just received a small but I only comfortably fit in the last hole. Which size should I exchange it for? Medium or Large?
If you can fit in the small at the largest hole then the medium should be near the middle of the range and provide movement both larger and smaller, so that would be my recommendation.
I have around a 29inch waist. I got a small but I feel it’s a bit too small. I have about 2 holes to get bigger and I was planning on bulking a bit. Should I have gone with the medium? :/
Hi I’m 34inches. If I order M, how many holes you think will be left for me if I want to bulk/ hoodies on while training. There’s only Medium available from the online store I’m planning to buy one.
@@InnerStrengthProducts I don't really understand what you're saying because my English isn't very good, I've decided whether size M is right, greetings from Indonesia
I'm not sure if you mean two holes to get larger, or two holes to get smaller. Is the belt comfortable as it fits? Do you have intentions to gain or loose weight? Those would be the questions I would use to try to determine if it's the correct fit for you.
@@InnerStrengthProductshello I got 2 extra holes to get smaller on large belt .it Fits perfect at 2 extra at 3 extra is slightly looser fells okay for lighter reps at 1 extra hole can't close the belt I plan to bulk up a little but more on trying lift heavier . Also my waist is 33inches above the belly botton current weight 183lbs height 5"11. Will the belt ever get slightly bigger or get strech out abit after long term use? Thanks
If you are trying to bulk then I think you should be okay with that size. No the belt doesn't stretch at all, it will soften up and become more flexible but not stretch longer.
What size should I get if my waist size varies from 62cm to 73cm depending on whether I'm bulking or cutting,I usually wear a hoodie under the belt but sometimes I don't. I'm between an XS and a S, which one should I choose?
I have a question. I just bought the Large but i am thinking to send it back for a medium. I am in the first hole but i am 16 and i am still groing. My waist is 76cm. Sorry for my English i am dutch. So what do you recommend?
The small is listed as fitting down to 25.5 inches. If you measure two inches above and below the smallest point of your waist what are those measurements? The belt is 4 inches tall, so the smallest point can be deceiving as to fitment for a belt.
Hello i am 1m88,88kg and a 32 inch waist braced(both with only the tape and the belt on) im planning on bulking to 105kg within a year or a year and a half. What size would you recommend?
This is going to be hard to recommend if you are planning to gain almost 20kg. A large should fit you now on the smallest holes and hopefully still fit when you gain.
Size 34 waist at 198 lbs. plan on cutting down some but I’ve only ever been a size 32 waist at my smallest around 165 pounds which was years ago and don’t see happening again. Plan to put on more mass, what do you recommend?
if im a 31in waist but plan on cutting should i get a medium or small, i still want room to go up/down bc i will eventually do another bulk but i just bought the medium and only have two settings left to go down, should i switch to the small or remain a medium
You should be okay in either the Medium or the Large as Rhaea demonstrated in the video. It will depend on a few factors, if you plan to gain or lose weight in the future or if you like more or less overlap on the belt. Let me know if I can help further.
If you are planning to bulk then you might not have the range needed, it really depends on how much you are bulking. I would think about your long term plans, if long term your goal is to gain size then you would likely be better going with a large.
@@InnerStrengthProducts Thank you! I think i’m going to stick with a medium. I was also curious about bruising with the belt. Do I need to break it in more or is that just how the belt is?
I think it's not uncommon, I still get bruising or marking when I haven't worn it for a while or when I put it in the wrong spot/different spot. I think it'll break in and you will break in a bit too!
Worth dropping a comment here I'm usually a small in belts and measured 29 inches. I am a hard gainer so bulking up rarely happens for me. Would you recommend a small here kind lady?
@@InnerStrengthProducts thank you for the reply. Was appreciated. Saw a gym guy with a medium and tried it on. I’d say 4 holes incase i magically gained lol and 2-3 holes to the other side. Opted for the medium as I can use with clients also. Once again thank you

It depends how much bigger you plan to get, the XLarge should work for you, but if you plan to gain a lot of size then the 2XLarge would likely be better.
Love the vid! What size would you recommend for a 30 inch waist?
For that measurement I would likely recommend the small or medium. The medium would be good unless you are planning to drop weight. We all seem to prefer more overlap on the belt.
I just boght mine and I have 2 holes left until it gets to small. Shal I return it to get a smaller one?
It would depend if you are planning to gain size or lose size in the future. Many people prefer extra overlap as it will lead to less pinching, and also allow you to train in a sweater if you prefer sometimes.
hi, iam the size as you. why do you consider the L belt not good. for me i think i would have one hole to size down (not probable) and plenty to get bigger or iam missing something else iam going to order and i dont know if i order M or L
Both belts will work but the large will only allow a little bit of room to go smaller, if your plan is to only gain size then it would be a good option as well.
Hi, I am around 47 inches braced and i plan on losing weight slowly, should I get the 3XL or 4XL? Thank you
If you are going to be losing weight then the 3XL is likely the best option for you.
Im at around the same size as you are 33.5
Should i go with the large and go with the overlap or the medium what do you advise?
We all mostly prefer extra overlap, as there is less pinching and allows freedom to train in sweatshirts if it's cold without worrying about running out of space.
I am a 37 1/2 should I go for large ?
A large or XLarge should fit for you.
Hi thanks for the vid just about to finally bite the bullet and purchase an sbd belt but…
I am currently 202lbs which is the heaviest i have ever weighed and am a bit bloated as my diet isnt perfect. Measuring around 37/38.5” around belly button but will probably drop some when leaning up, would you recommend the large even though i am at the top end of the belt measurements atm. Thanks.
If you are planning to drop some weight then the large should be fine for you.
@@InnerStrengthProductsthank you hope so as it arrives tomorrow🕺🏾
hi my waist size is 73cm when bracing should i get a S or M? Rn im bulking so im scared that S might be too small in the future.
If you are bulking then I would definitely recommend the medium instead.
Hey, my waist is 29 inches I am currently cutting and have about 20 more pounds to lose should I get a medium or small Thanks!
That's going to be hard to say, it depends how much that 20lbs will affect your waist. I would lean towards the small for you though.
@@InnerStrengthProducts thank you
I had measured my waist measured it To 36 I had gotten a incorrect belt first which was.
Hey how do I order a belt?? My waist size is 40 inches. Which size should I order?
I would recommend an XLarge, you can sign up to be notified when they come back in stock on our website: innerstrengthproducts.ca/collections/belts/products/sbd-belt-2020-version
@@InnerStrengthProducts done! Would a 2XL be too huge?
@@dwaynecunningham2164 the 2Xlarge would be good, in fact if you prefer extra overlap then it might be the better option.
THANK YOU SO MUCH!!!!
Hi! I was wondering if you guys are restocking on size medium or large belts this week?
We have a restock of both medium and large coming in later this week.
Im 6'4 185lbs roughly 20% body fat. I have a 5mm belt that I can get to 29.5in at the tightest. My waist is 32in, 31in if I brace, should I get the Medium size?
Yes I would recommend the medium for you.
Hi, my waist is 44 inches and I'm trying to loose some weight, Can you please suggest what size of SBD belt should I order, So I can fit in it if I loose some weight. Cheers
If your plan is to loose weight then you might be best in the 2XLarge which should just fit now and allow you room as you drop weight.
Hi, I have a 30" waist, and I don't know yet if I'll plan on loosing some weight. What size would you recommend may I ask?
I would recommend the medium
@@InnerStrengthProducts Thank you a lot! Ended up getting the medium and it's the perfect size
I'm have about a 29-30 inch waist currently but am trying to gain about 5 pounds. Do you think the small would still be a good choice for me?
I would recommend the medium I think.
I wear my current belt on 29 inches circumference (my preferred tightness). But I'm planning to gain about 10kgs in about 2-3 years. What size you'd recommend?
If you are unlikely to lose any size and plan to gain that much we would likely recommend the medium.
@@InnerStrengthProducts thank you.
Hey I’m bulking up and should I just get the large instead of the medium
What is your measurement? How much are you planning to gain? It can be tough to know where weight gain will affect you.
@@InnerStrengthProducts my weight is about like 156 pounds
I would recommend measuring your waist where you will wear the belt, that's the best way to determine your size.
I think i’m an idiot. I bought it and got a medium, but it fits tight. I measured it too and i was like medium fits well, but it doesn’t.I don’t know what to do? Is there anyway i can get the large instead
Our return information is on our website: innerstrengthproducts.ca/pages/return
my waist size is 35 relaxed and 36 braced. im not sure if to get a Large wich is 31.5-39.5 or get a XL which is 34.5-43.5. I am on a bulk and will continue it but whenever i cut im not sure if a XL will be small enough .
man i have the exact same problem, also 36 inch and bulking a bit right now, but intend to cut after. Hope they see this fast.
Always tough to recommend when it comes to bulking and cutting, it depends on a lot of factors with weight distribution, how much you plan to gain and lose, etc. If you will be cutting to lighter than you are now then the Large is likely the better choice. If you are planning to be bigger in the end then the XLarge is the way I would go.
see my answer above, it might help.
hi, thanks for the great size guide. I'm 30.7 and I've been there for years... I'm undecided between S and M... more than undecided I'm going crazy 😅 what size do you recommend?
I would suggest a medium for you.
@@InnerStrengthProducts thanks, I bought a medium :D
I have a 35,4 inch normal waist and a 37,8 inch waist if I brace but dont know if I should buy a medium or large, can you help me with it?
I would recommend the large
By chance what size would be better for me if I have a 51 inch waist? Would it be 4xl or 5
I would recommend making sure you are measuring while putting the tape measure as snug as you will probably wear the belt.
I’m currently a 38.5 waist, ordered a large belt. I am cutting, will it fit
It might just fit on the larges of holes. It might work okay since you say you are cutting.
@@InnerStrengthProducts it fits right in the middle. I have about 3-5 holes left
@@Anthony-h1s9vhow are you getting on with your belt? I am similar size but bloated and a bit bigger in the tummy then usual.
Thought about getting the large but wouldnt leave much room but think xl will be too big when i start to tidy up.
So I’m a 36 inch waist so I guess a large would be good?
If 36 is the measurement where you will wear the belt then yes a large should be perfect.
i’m a 34,5 should i get xl or L idk please help
I would recommend a large!
@@InnerStrengthProducts ok thanks
I’m like 30 in waist and almost 31 when I brace what belt size would u recommend
I would recommend the medium for you.
I am 31 inches and planning to bulk what do u recommend
I would recommend a medium, although a large might just fit on the smallest hole I'm worried it may not be as tight as you want it before you bulk.
Hi, I'm 29" at my corrent belt (when buckled) and my waist 32". So which size should I get? S or M? I get really bloated sometimes (women!) But wish to lose a little bit of weight...

I would recommend the medium I think.
Thanks! I am like 33.5-34.5. I am indicisive if I should get a Medium or Large? I am 5''3', 160lbs~
I would recommend a large for your measurements, I think the medium would be near the last holes.

What size should I go for if I am a 33 waist, trying to bulk and maybe train with a hoodie?
That's a lot of variables, I would likely recommend a large.
hi, i measured and im 28 inches, i should probably go for the small right?
Yes I think the small should be best for you.
Hi, im in 37.7, for me is beter L or Xl?
I would recommend an XLarge with your measurement.
My waist is 34inch I’m weighing 77kg I’m 5foot11 I ordered the large do you think that will be fine ?
Yes I think a large should be good.
Hi I was wondering if I am a waist size 33 1/2 to 34 when bracing what size should I settle for?
Both Medium and Large will fit you, it would depend on if you are planning to gain or lose weight in the future or if you like a lot of overlap or not much overlap.
@@InnerStrengthProducts I’m about the same 33 1/2 to 34 but I’m in bulking faze and I got a medium I have about 2 to 3 holes left to get bigger should I change for a large or stay medium?
@@iinsidious2272 Are you planning to continue to get bigger or is the bulking going to be followed by a cut? That's what I would use to determine if you should change to a large. If you will cut then the large might end up too big.
Hello I wanted to know what size sbd belt should I take, I do 76 cm (30 inch) waist, I would like to be in the middle of the belt,
I’ll wait for your answer. Good day.
I think a medium would be best
hello, I love the video. Thank you.
If you are intending to lose that much weight I would probably recommend going with a large.
Hello, I measured my waist and it’s 42”. I don’t know if I should go with an XL or a XXL ? Thanks !
I would recommend a 2XLarge with your measurement.
hi my waist is 81cm and im 15 what should i get
I would recommend a medium with that measurement.
That sounds like it should be a good fit for you, especially if you are cutting down a bit.
Thanks for the helpful video.
My waist is 72cm and 74,5 if I brace.
So I'm not sure if I should go for a S or M belt? I'm not planning on gaining weight but I'm just 17 yet and I don't know how much my waist will still grow.
I would recommend a medium for you.
Thanks for your advice
This is really helpful and I would like to know what you would recommend for me, my waist while brazing varies between 31 and 32, I’m also a 16 year old male around 13-14% body fat 152 lbs. I could get a large since I plan on gaining size but idk if I’ll ever get too lean to use the belt at large, I currently just received a small but I only comfortably fit in the last hole. Which size should I exchange it for? Medium or Large?
If you can fit in the small at the largest hole then the medium should be near the middle of the range and provide movement both larger and smaller, so that would be my recommendation.
@@InnerStrengthProducts thank you so much 🙏🙏🙏
What would u recommend someone with a 74 cm waist
I would recommend a size small with that measurement.
I am at around 85cm Waist size, should I get a Medium or Large belt ?
I would likely recommend the large unless you are planning to lose weight.
Im a 35inch stomach sucked in..will Large be more for me?I do plan on constantly bulking and cutting ..right now I'm just maintaining
Sounds like a large should be okay for you!
I have around a 29inch waist. I got a small but I feel it’s a bit too small. I have about 2 holes to get bigger and I was planning on bulking a bit. Should I have gone with the medium? :/
If you are bulking then yes you may want to go up a size.
Hi I’m 34inches. If I order M, how many holes you think will be left for me if I want to bulk/ hoodies on while training. There’s only Medium available from the online store I’m planning to buy one.
With a 34inch measurement and a plan to bulk I would recommend waiting for the larges to come back in stock either later this week or next week.
in size m I have 3 holes for smaller do you think M or S
Are you planning to get smaller or bigger? Most of us here prefer more overlap so I think that sounds like it fits well.
@@InnerStrengthProducts My goal is to gain another 10 lbs
If you are planning to gain weight then I wouldn't size down.
@@InnerStrengthProducts I don't really understand what you're saying because my English isn't very good, I've decided whether size M is right, greetings from Indonesia
I would stay with medium
Hi have 2 extra holes on the large size would you recommend midium or large thanks?
@@InnerStrengthProducts thanks
What size should I get if my waist size varies from 62cm to 73cm depending on whether I'm bulking or cutting,I usually wear a hoodie under the belt but sometimes I don't. I'm between an XS and a S, which one should I choose?
I would almost always recommend a small over an XSmall, the XSmall is extremely small. The small will allow you to wear a hoodie under while training.
I have a question. I just bought the Large but i am thinking to send it back for a medium. I am in the first hole but i am 16 and i am still groing. My waist is 76cm. Sorry for my English i am dutch. So what do you recommend?
If you are on the largest hole then you should likely move up a size.
my waist 29/30 what a size small or medium?
Either a small or medium would work fine. If you are planning to go up or down in weight in the future that might help push you one way or the other.
@@InnerStrengthProducts in size m, the last hole is 72.5 after being locked or not
Yes correct, the measurements provided are with lever closed.
@@InnerStrengthProducts okay thank you greetings from Indonesia
Waist size is 26 inches, but I would like to lose some weight soon. Should I get XS or S?
We never recommend the XSmall, I don't know that we've ever sold one that hasn't been returned. So I would recommend the small.
@@InnerStrengthProducts is there enough room to go tighter in S?
The small is listed as fitting down to 25.5 inches. If you measure two inches above and below the smallest point of your waist what are those measurements? The belt is 4 inches tall, so the smallest point can be deceiving as to fitment for a belt.
@@InnerStrengthProducts Just ordered a small! Ty

If I’m 52 inches does that mean I get a 4x? For some reason I feel like that’s hecka big
If that's a measurement where you will wear the belt then yes 4XL sounds correct
Hey, i have about a 113 cm waist, what would you recommend for me? Will probably get a little bit smaller.
I would recommend a 2XL based on your measurement.
Hi ! I'm a 31 in with a braced core, but planning on losing weight in the future, so I'm in between a M and a S. Which would you recommend ?
I would recommend the medium for you.
Size 34 waist at 198 lbs. plan on cutting down some but I’ve only ever been a size 32 waist at my smallest around 165 pounds which was years ago and don’t see happening again. Plan to put on more mass, what do you recommend?
You are kind of between medium and large with those measurements, so if you plan to put on more mass then I would probably recommend large.
I'm a XL with SBD so 37-38 if I loose to a 34-36 will it matter
Hey Todd,
If you are planning to lose weight then you might be better to go with a Large instead of the XLarge.
@@InnerStrengthProducts but my frame will still be large?

btw i mean i only have two sizes left if my abdominal area were to get bigger
The small would likely have you near the largest holes so if you don't plan to get any larger then the small should be fine.
My waist is 72cm and I’m really not interested in bulk, should I go for S or M? I can fit the last hole In M
I would recommend a small, you will be near the middle of the range.
I would recommend a small, you should be near the middle of the range.
My waist is about 31 inches? What size you recommend?
A medium would be recommended.
I'm 83-86 centimeters, what size fits ,size M or L ?
You should be okay in either the Medium or the Large as Rhaea demonstrated in the video. It will depend on a few factors, if you plan to gain or lose weight in the future or if you like more or less overlap on the belt. Let me know if I can help further.
If you think the size of what is best size m or I for me
I just got my belt in a medium but i’m on like the last couple of notches should I go for a large or stay at medium if i’m planning to bulk and cut?
If you are planning to bulk then you might not have the range needed, it really depends on how much you are bulking. I would think about your long term plans, if long term your goal is to gain size then you would likely be better going with a large.
@@InnerStrengthProducts Thank you!
I think i’m going to stick with a medium. I was also curious about bruising with the belt. Do I need to break it in more or is that just how the belt is?
I think it's not uncommon, I still get bruising or marking when I haven't worn it for a while or when I put it in the wrong spot/different spot. I think it'll break in and you will break in a bit too!
Worth dropping a comment here
I'm usually a small in belts and measured 29 inches. I am a hard gainer so bulking up rarely happens for me. Would you recommend a small here kind lady?
You should fit right in the middle of the small belt with a 29 inch measurement!
