It will die faster than Proxima Centauri, so at least whoever lives on Proxima B has more time for their civilizations than we do. 2. He is right about the day-night cycles, and the moon parts, but Proxima Centauri might have an ice giant mini-Neptune orbiting it known as Proxima C. 3. There are no asteroids discovered around the red dwarf Proxima Centauri so the planets there are more lucky that they are not getting hit by asteroids than the planets of the solar system.
