Wow. I was depressed because I didn't see the point in doing anything (as you touch on in the beginning, we will die and that will be it). However, there IS happiness in the process and the depression came from denying myself of my aspirations (I didn't feel good enough). I'm learning to accept failure as part of the journey. How you react to failure is the important part. Thank you, Eddie. Your videos help with this journey. This one speaks to me on a deeper level. Sorry to get too personal. Keep it up man; we need you!

Ive had issues ive had bad times ill admit that.
But havent we all? hasnt everyone gone trough some deep shit? You know what im talking abaut life is pushing you from every side and you seem to have a hard time just chatching a breath. Yeah we all have gone trough that but guess what?
We have all gone trough good times good laughs and happy moments.
Life is a mystery and our very existance is a totally mystery so just enjoy it.Heres a lessio from a preson who wasted ti much time worrying or just simply wasting it infront of the tv. Just breathe and live in the moment and whenever panick gets you or fear grabs you take a breath and just take in the moment no matter how shitty or greate becouse this is life.
