I am from Nagpur ,Maharashtra, India...after watching this video feeling proud on our Indian railways as my city's railway station has 18 platforms & used to pass almost 600 trains a day...all modern facilities on railway station be it be wifi,waiting room,rest room,RO drinking water, cleanliness and each platforms has elevators...there's no stair case in entire railway station....many modern amenities which I can't even tell you...regarding the engines which our Indian railways has....we are far far ahead from pakistan...better comfort level, cheap railway tickets including all facilities... regarding the issue of ticket cancellation and booking all things are made to be online and very easy.... generally it takes almost half an hour to refund money in our bank account... proud of you Indian railways 🇮🇳 proud indian 🇮🇳

Indian Railways has improved a lot since 1970s when I first travelled by train. Majority of the trains now arrive in time, but quality of infrastructure needs a lot of improvement. But I am surprised that Pakistan Railways is what the Indian Railways was in 1980s.

If you compare Lahore with Delhi..Delhi has 4 major Railway stations..Old Delhi,New Delhi,Nizamuddin and the new Vaishali..all of them are fully packed and connected to the Delhi Metro Rail Network..During Independence the Lahore station was bigger than the Old Delhi station..
