kinda late, but anyways. That's Hyper Street Alpha, an unlockable game in SF Alpha Anthology, which lets you use every version of all characters in the SFA series, including Alpha 1, 2, Street Fighter II, III, and MvC.
IIRC, the blue S-ISM is the Street Fighter III-style super meter.
It's Hyper SFA3. It's in the Street Fighter Alpha Anthology.

Oni is pretty much a super saiyan god super saiyan, or super saiyan blue (appearently in english subbed episodes it's being called Super saiyan blue I actually prefer that name) akuma while regular akuma is just super saiyan god akuma
the only things left are:
Street Fighter X Tekken, Ashura's Wrath, and Street Fighter X Megaman I guess...

Chaos Productions Inc there are many great ones you missed. Morrigan's in MvC 1 that's suggestive as hell due to the curtains closing haha.... both of demetri's supers in SvC Chaos (You showed that game and missed him?), yuri in KOF 2001 has a 1/10 chance of getting the turned around pose in the typical SF style. Other games:

Common man, you can't just go around calling every grab a raging demon, Dan grabs you and self explode. Does that mean some terrorists have raging demon in real life too?
