Long Hair Hack, Grow hair faster using rice water, Long & thick hair

Hii guys!!
Today, I'll be sharing one of my favorite diy remedy for promoting hair growth, reducing hair fall, make our hair soft and shiny. This is very effective hair rinse for healthy, thick and long hair.
Do try this for 1 month once a week. This remedy will definitely give you amazing results.
---To use this method:
take 1 cup of uncooked rice
rinse thoroughly
place rice in a bowl with 2-3 cups of water
leave to soak for 30 minutes
strain the rice water into a clean bowl
---To do this, a person should:
wash hair with shampoo
rinse thoroughly with water from the tap
pour rice water onto their hair
massage the rice water into the hair and scalp
leave on for up to 20 minutes
rinse hair thoroughly

A few things that actually helped to control my hair fall include: (1) I stopped wearing ponytails because it causes tension breakage. (2) I began massaging my scalp 2 times a week with liitleextra cocoonnion hair oil while leaning forward & holding my head inverted to allow blood flow to the scalp. (3) Covering my head while moving out to safeguard my hair from dust and pollution. (4) Using soft shampoo again from liittleextra only to cleanse my hair.

I use Hask Hair Mask. Left it on an hour. Rinse out cool water. The repair and nourish.. light blue cap. Walmart sells it in the little packs. $1.97 . If you have normal amount of hair, probably get two uses at least.
Also.... Glycerine works great on skin. I wonder if it's good on hair. I don't know and haven't tried it.

Sure.
I have been doing this for years now. But during winter and monsoon...wash it otherwise it might give you dandruff..or else fine.
I do wash it during winter only..as I have dandruff issues.

No first brush your hair then apply it on the hair as shown in the video let it sit for 20 to 30 minutes and then wash your hair 2 times with your shampoo and then use conditioner as usual hope this helps😊

If your hair is not dirty then use it only once and that is after applying rice water. But if your hair is dirty then wash it before and after also to remove all the smell
