-Back body:
37cm x 8cm
37cm x 34cm
37cm x 14cm (Contrast fabric)
-Front body
12cm x 40cm (2)
17cm x 22cm (2)
17cm x 34cm (inside pocket fabric)
37cm x 14cm (contrast fabric)
-Lining
37cm x 52cm (2)

For the front panel you should cut 12x40 cm pieces (supposing 1 cm seam allowance) instead of 17x40 cm.... Otherwise the front panel will be much wider than the back panel. The width of the panels is 37 cm, the length is 52 cm, same size as lining.
