- Chugga has never played through the N64 classic Banjo Kazooie... Due to circumstances that can only apply to kid Emile's logic. Years later, Jon and Tim will now help him play through what could have been a childhood classic for him if he had played through it. Here's the Best Moments of their playthrough!

Jon being so mad at Emile being able to get the hard to collect Jinjo in Treasure Trove Cove is like how much Emile hated Masae for getting first place in the dog race in Majora's Mask on her first try.
Remember, kids: read game dialogue very carefully. If you rush through the text impatiently, you may be depriving yourself of a potential childhood classic. Emile's story is a cautionary tale to all young gamers... and also some old ones.

Kids. Read the words in game. Or else it might not be fun.

@@alvaroperez2349 They do strike me as better comedians than gamers. They come up with the funniest bits, but have a nasty habit of blaming the games for things they could have avoided if they just read through explanations calmly.

Chugga didn’t press B to talk to Bottles, yet he played Super Mario 64. And you press B to talk in that game! Irony, ladies and gentlemen.
No, you can press A to talk in Mario 64.

So ... seeing that happen have speedrunners looked at that and been like. Ohhh so that's how to get it without snacker being a pain. This lp was also my first time experiencing banjo kazooie and I look forward to Jon and Tim guiding emile through the second game eventually. But im not familiar with the speedrunning community for this game specifically.

My story with this game: In an effort to get me and my brother to play more games my mum bought me this and Banjo-Tooie on my brothers Xbox 360 while she bought Resident Evil 4 on Wii for my brother…he ended up not playing it cuz he was more into online gaming so this was my first experience with Banjo and an M Rated game like RE4
It still shocks me that Emile got the Blue Jinjo in one try. Meanwhile I became fish food when I played this game for the first time.

I was only saying that cause Mumbo was the third playable character. Though Mario Party DS seems to really hate the poor guy...

I'm amazed that Banjo-Kazooie was only the third game Emile ever played, with the first two being Mario 64 and Star Wars Episode 1 Racer
Episode 1 Racer is leagues more complex than Banjo, yet he wasted 4 hours in Spiral Mountain cause he never thought to press B

Funniest thing about this, I’ve done LPs of this game, the runaway guys 100% completed this game, but the only things I’ve never seen before (spoilers to ones who never played this and wish to) are collecting every honeycomb, and doing Bottles’ Jiggy Challenge. When I saw the challenge the first time, I was like “so they did the puzzles that way before Tooie?! I never knew that!” I first played the Xbox version, and I’ll say that I still like that version of the first game more than the N64 version because of not having to recollect notes when you die or leave

Like a lot of people who had access to the N64 growing up, I absolutely love this game. Since I did not rhyme at all in my comments on the LP itself, I will try to inject some for each Best Moments video:
Emile may be a game knowledge fountain, Yet he never made it past Spiral Mountain.
We need to fix that, said Jon and Tim.
The future for Grunty is looking grim…
Or maybe not, despite the strife. For
Emile has claimed Grunty as his waifu.
(Note: Yes, that ‘for’ is an imperfect rhyme, but say it like ‘foo’ and you should be fine.)

Even if Chggaa played Diddy kong racing he would have never beaten Wizpig.
So just a curious question. Did they ever talk about doing the sequel?
I think they said they might do something similar to Sonic Adventure, except Tim and Jon would just take over on certain segments Emile might have trouble with.

I said it on the their finale video and I'll say it here: after seeing this lp, and Lucahjin' LP of this game and Tootie, I realized that I would've hated this series as a kid.
Time to vote who is better, Emile or LucahJin. You decide. =P
