You DO know that that was just a skit? The woman randomly asks Harvey on tips of how to have her husband get fit, and "coincidentally" Terry jumps out. Like Steve had just been hiding him there, waiting for such a question to appear.
Lesyt Xyz yes we know it's a skit. does that change the situation? The skit HAD to be a woman asking about a man's shape because if it was the other way around, they'd jump on the man. The executives would jump on Steve. Don't pretend like you don't see the trend of if a man asks a woman to do the simple task of a 15min a day workout he gets blasted. But if a woman complains about a man's shape it's accepted as "He's a man. he should look like one" as if it's ok for women to get out of shape. looking like a ball of flubber instead of a shapely fit and tight woman.
And the question is the same as this. Men love their women still, but she's been getting out of shape. Most of the time the problem comes when she's been out of shape for a while. Men are smarter than we are perceived to be. We understand the body will change with different parts of life. But it's not attractive to see your lady out of shape doing nothing to improve it. stomach pass the titties. Instead of looking like a shapely tight, sensual lady, she looks like a skin bag trying to desperately contain a lot of melting lard.
We also know that it's wrong for us to get so out of shape that we look like a pregnant woman with a beard. Z most times you hear about a man complaint about a woman's weight, it's a man either in fair shape or about a lady who's gotten Sooooo out of hand it's just disgusting

Anyone can get to be like Terry, even Steve Harvey too if he eats right and exercises. Anyone can achieve a fit body, just gotta put in the time and effort. Steve Harvey is super busy with his multiple jobs, but if he had the time, he could be just as fit.
As if Terry isn't super busy? Yes anybody can get into shape and have stamina and strength, but not everybody can get a body like Terry Crews has, that also has a lot to do with genetics.
micglou he's not juicing. not nearly big enough for that claim. you don't need the best supplements when working out. you just need to be dedicated. and genetics only play a small role. There's no thing that only black people get this big while asians can only get that big, etc.
I became beast without supplements. it was an actual challenge to my friend who used supplements and worked out almost daily. even before I started. he was already big. the secret is to switch up your routine every other week. once your body is used to something...it's not a challenge. and if you don't challenge your body, it won't grow. it has nothing new to learn...get it? the other secret is to do a mix. focus exercises for 3 days. My routine was a 6 day workout but every 3 days a cycle change. like this
Monday push muscles. Triceps, chest, shoulders and some cardio...and a bit of abs.
Tuesday leg muscles. quads, hamstrings, calves....and back muscles.....pull ups, rows, etc..light cardio..light
Wednesday pull muscles. biceps, light pull ups, shrugs, a bit of shoulders...and abs with cardio.
Thursday, Friday, and Saturday was the same as Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday respectively
after two weeks of that. and every cycle adding at leads 10 more pounds. or attempting 10more then when not able drop down 5. then back to starting...to really test your muscle...and fierce two weeks..do another type of exercise for one week or two. I randomly picked as it was simply to make my body question wtf was going on with the change and attempt to adapt. then I'd go back to my favorite workout of the 6day 3day cycle.
As long as you don't over eat, you can almost eat whatever you want on that schedule and still come out strong. I said almost because it wasn't like I was eating cakes and drinking sodas and only eating porkchops. I did make a concious effort to eat a bit more healthy, BUT my change came like this:
No fast food. I cook better anyway....and it literally is cheaper to cook any food you could buy at your local McDonald's or chili's.
No soda: soda water. or just water. 100%juice but I diverted from that mostly with real fruit...I didn't drink juice much anyhow. and instead of Gatorade or anything like that...I drink pedialyte or the store knockoff brand of it. And would PROBABLY remember to take a daily vitamin though I usually always forgot. like...I probably have a bottle of oneaday laying around from 3yrs ago.
I also did personal challenges. If playing a game with friends, the loser did pushups, situps or 8count bodybuilders. if watching TV. commercials were some form of exercise. or now that it's youtube....try making every new video some kind of challenge. when I was out of shape I challenge myself to do pushups when I went to the bathroom. situps to go to the kitchen. jump squats anytime I left out the house. my son and I do pushups before and after we get out of the car.
This is all doable stuff for the most busiest people. as I'm one of the most busiest people. Instead of watching youtube. back to back and putting off the workout, make workout part of youtube. every new video is 5 pushups. every loading time in a game app is squats...untill it finally loads. cut out food you don't truly need. chips, sodas, cereal. cookies and cakes......so for the cookies and cakes....and pork....just limit yourself. and eat them through the day when you'll still be up to move around instead of before bed when you're just gonna lie there.
Mentally just picture yourself already in shape. there is muscle under the fat. some people muscles are bigger and they just need ,ore cardiovascular while maintaining their muscle structure. some people are skinny people trapped in a fat body. they need to do more weights and just enough cardiovascular to burn fat and limit the intake of the amount of food and the quality. going back to substituting fake goods with real foods. And I know real foods are expensive..,but try not buying the fake foods, and you'll have the money. I never said I was rich. I'm low middle class. live in a trailer, can't afford a gym.drink one bottle of liquor every weekend. with just enough income to make sure bills are paid and I can get clothes for my son. There's never an excuse to get fat unless your body is destroyed and you can't workout. ever.

Aliyah ‘ what if your wife become overweight? mine did to pregnancys will do that plus working and eating McDonald's. she is a nurse, I'm a carpenter. she stayed with me through a heroin addiction. I went to rehab now she is going to the gym.
Growing older is no excuse for choosing to let oneself go. Real love is holding someone accountable for maintaining themselves. Getting older does not mean getting sick, weak, tired, flabby and sloppy.
