Roberts Wesleyan University Female Scholar Athlete of the Month; November 2024

The Roberts Wesleyan University Female Scholar Athlete of the Month for November is Sidney Simmons from the women’s swimming and diving team. Sidney is a sophomore diver for the Redhawks. At the dual meet at LeMoyne College, she finished second in the 1-meet and 3-meter events and her scores earned the qualifying standard for the NCAA championships. She also finished second in both events at the recent East Coast Conference Championships at Staten Island.
Last year Sidney and teammate Emma Dicob also qualified for the NCAA Division II Championships.
In the classroom, at Roberts Wesleyan University, Sidney, from Castile, New York, is a music therapy major and has a 4.0 grade point average.
