Thanks for watching! Have you tried ay of these books? When I started my plant-based journey, I think, The Oh She Glows was my first cookbook.
One of my favorite things about America’s Test Kitchen is that they test, tweak, and improve a recipe many times, and explain the whys and hows of the testing, before presenting the end recipe.

@@AnneliSchmidt Cook’s Illustrated and Cook’s Country are their wonderful magazines that not only have recipes, it has tips and tricks from readers that are quite ingenious! Like ways to make pasta that are out of the ordinary.
