I recommend watching the "aespa embarrassing themselves and cringing at each other" by aestophia, that ones just too funny. The MMTG interview is also really good (all their interviews in general really brings out the guests' personality)
I can't get over how Gisselle's English has a Californian accent, yet to the best of my knowledge she never lived in the US. It sounds like she lived next door to Tiffany Hwang in the US. She must have worked her tail off in that international school she attended in Japan to not only get fluent in English, but to actually pick up an American accent that would pass for a native's. It's impressive enough when someone is truly bi-lingual, let alone tri-lingual.
I think Japanese forums actually say her Japanese is accented. One of the members of Niziu went to the same school and said she prefers English to Japanese.
@@chuuu4610 Interesting. Not often that you hear of a native of a nation who has lived there all their life having their native language accented as if they had lived overseas.

@@kentvesser9484 I actually had a friend who used to attend international school in China. Her Chinese is more broken than me even though I was born and raised in Canada 😅

SMCU update. In a recent interview produced by TH-cam, aespa mentioned that they're the Poets of the SMCU hence the story-telling direction of their songs. I'll be interested to learn what they other SM artists' role in SMCU.
