I don't understand what is so amazing bout working hard at what you like. I am 17 and I am extremely envious of Damon, all the support he get, all the resources he have. In Singapore, we don't have none of that. It is extremely difficult for you to receive guidance here, and decent basketball courts are hard to find. All you have is you, countless hours by yourself, your shitty outdoor school court and the internet. There is no way in hell you can go anywhere in life playing basketball here. Maybe I'm sounding like a hater, but when I have my own kids, I will go a long way in helping them achieve their dreams, be it music, sports, academic.. whatever, just like Damon's dad. Huge props to Damon though for cherishing what he has and working hard to achieve his dreams.
Look up to? YLTF you talking bout he a freshman. Just like me. I train a lil bit lesser than him but anyways look up to Kobe or some shit bruh not a 14 year old who hasn't done shiiiiiit yet
YSC1123 he will however Tyler Ulis is only 5'9 (1" taller than Damon) is part of Big Blue Nation (KY) right now. talent beats all odds, dude. Tyler Ulis made me a believer when he accomplished this.
A lot of reads? vs no live defense? Get some other guys in there and play some 2v2 and 3v3. Then you can get a lot of reads. But love his work ethic, shot, and tight dribble.
great potential and good shooting rhythm. good dip, sway, and doesn't have a hitch. the only thing i can see being a problem is his release sometimes. his right elbow sticks out, which is why the fingers on his right-hand at 7:07 are pointing outward to his right rather than down (cookie jar). this means that he's shooting two hands which, technique-wise, will prevent him from becoming an elite shooter. i plateaued completely until i changed my release.
1st to all of you guys i know this dude myself i played with him he was actually held back so that should make a little more sense to you guys that didn't understand he is an amazing athlete and will one day be in the NBA he has gone through so much to make it to the top and i hope he does and he will be very tall his dad is tall and for all you hater don't hate cuz you aint
When I heard, "a lot of lifting" I immediately shook my head... Kids should not be lifting much until like sophomore year if that. Plyos, resistance, and body weight excersices are much healthier and better early on. In less that 10 years they will regret all the heavy lifting done at an early age.
My nephew plays for the U16 US soccer team and he doesn't lift only resistance and plyometric training. Kids that lift may have an advantage early on but over time really affects their body
Peace hope all is well. My name is Marcus Haywood. I have a son that's a great player. He needs professional training. Do you have a website? Thank you sir..
They said multiple times that, within the 3 gym sessions, he does do lifting, Also, muscle development is different for everyone. Some people never truly beef up, as the case with people like K. Durant and T. Prince. I mean, Michael Jordan never truly worked out until the Bad Boys started pushing him around.
Thank you and I apologize for my swearing. But as far as him getting bigger If he indeed is playing varsity basketball what competition is he playing. Idk about you but I can't see him guarding seventh woods Malik monk Malik Newman or any well know pg at the high school level. Even a average player at 6'0 200 could give him issues physically not knocking his skill just would like to see him put on some muscle
he added strength training of course, but that comes w/time. He's way bigger than he was when he was 12 and 13 so I can see the difference in his game and everything, but trust me by the time he is a senior at his highschool he will be 165 in pure muscle.
im the mann I don't think anybody should watch TV TV is the #1 reason why most people don't realize their full potential. Who said a person HAS TO watch TV. I'd rather be in a gym all day then watchin Zombies and Vampires for 3 - 4 hours per day.
Not really, it depends on the person with heavy lifting because look Julius Randle started lfiting at 7th grade and look he a 250lbs 6'8 dude it depends manand i know countless others. Especially if you play football
That's what I do right now. I sleep 5 hours a night and train about 2 or 3 times a day depending on how much homework I have. Hopefully all this work would pay off.
Lil bra gon be nice, but hes already small so he need to hit that weightroom hard and continue improvin. Also put that work in against bigger and better competition.
I saw this kid on his twitter page an omg! Puberty is beating him up! I thought I was on the wrong page when I saw how he finally look 15 now. He used to have that baby face now he has dirt on his upper lip...lol...
great player but he never says his age usually his grade but its common for people to get held back cuz of sports my cousin dad held him back so he can be the best of his class of 2020 he play football tho
I call this my utube all star team. my pgs: Elijah Hardy, Jashaun Agosto, Trevor Dunbar, and Jaylin fleming Chase Adams and Damon Harge. My bigs are Thon and Matur Maker, Stephen Zimmerman, I need some 3's and 4's though. who would be good 3 and 4 pos players on youtube that's not in college yet?
i'll put it like this, i just turned 15, and im a sophomore lol, Damon is old as shit. I should've reclassed just so i could get into the freshman class to bust ass.
I been watching this kid for a while now. I like how he's evolving into strong ball player. Can't wait to see this kid in the NBA.
I don't understand what is so amazing bout working hard at what you like. I am 17 and I am extremely envious of Damon, all the support he get, all the resources he have. A basketball player a ball and a court is all you need the internet teaches you everything whats so hard??
Damn.. I feel you bro. I'm from Singapore too and I understand this..
9th grade, best 3 years of my life
Lol
LMAO
Lol
😂😂
Media skills for someone his age are really good
Damon is dedicated... I really hope he makes it with the amount of time he's ALREADY put into the sport.
FINALLY SOMEONE MADE A LONG WORKOUT VIDEO WITH DAMON
Good stuff home team hoops. Really like these videos. This one and the Austin rivers video
Great workout all the things he'll need for high school.
He is a really good player and should keep doing what he is doing
Good stuff! 👌
Damn that's a nice beat at the end
Nice, we'll be watching little man
I look up to Damon... been watching him since he was in 6th grade
Look up to? YLTF you talking bout he a freshman. Just like me. I train a lil bit lesser than him but anyways look up to Kobe or some shit bruh not a 14 year old who hasn't done shiiiiiit yet
The first time?
Simon N. He can look up to him.His work ethic is great . He can learn from that. He probably looks up to NBA players also .
Cool
That 6:50 mark made me a believer, hopefully he'll grow a lot more.
Man he inspire me how good he is ima feshman 15 trying to play like him

YSC1123 he will however Tyler Ulis is only 5'9 (1" taller than Damon) is part of Big Blue Nation (KY) right now. talent beats all odds, dude. Tyler Ulis made me a believer when he accomplished this.
I can't tell if his voice changed yet or not.
What's the song called at the beginning of the video?
what type of camera and lens do you use to shoot your action sports videos?
A lot of reads? vs no live defense? Get some other guys in there and play some 2v2 and 3v3. Then you can get a lot of reads. But love his work ethic, shot, and tight dribble.
He has such a good dad mann..
great potential and good shooting rhythm. good dip, sway, and doesn't have a hitch.
the only thing i can see being a problem is his release sometimes. his right elbow sticks out, which is why the fingers on his right-hand at 7:07 are pointing outward to his right rather than down (cookie jar). this means that he's shooting two hands which, technique-wise, will prevent him from becoming an elite shooter. i plateaued completely until i changed my release.
As you can see he has no problem splashing home 3s with a hand in his face, I think he'll be good
As you can see he has no problem splashing home 3s with a hand in his face, I think he'll be good
I watched the whole thing
youtube now makes noises when you like comments
how bout when you dislike them? I disliked this...didnt hear anything
3 times a day??? Over training?
My bad, I meant the third song.
If he trains 3 times a day, when does he go to school and do homwork?
nice shot
Use manual focus so the person doing the interview is in focus instead of the background.
Anyone know the song at the credits?
What's the last song?
What ever happens I will still keep working even if there's nobody that would help me train...
1st to all of you guys i know this dude myself i played with him he was actually held back so that should make a little more sense to you guys that didn't understand he is an amazing athlete and will one day be in the NBA he has gone through so much to make it to the top and i hope he does and he will be very tall his dad is tall and for all you hater don't hate cuz you aint
... when does he go to school?
make another workout video for Damon he just like kyrie irving
When I heard, "a lot of lifting" I immediately shook my head... Kids should not be lifting much until like sophomore year if that. Plyos, resistance, and body weight excersices are much healthier and better early on. In less that 10 years they will regret all the heavy lifting done at an early age.
That and it stunts your growth
Point is, they should not start lifting until their body develops and this kids has not developed
Well they can lift but not as much cause I do and I'm fine
My nephew plays for the U16 US soccer team and he doesn't lift only resistance and plyometric training. Kids that lift may have an advantage early on but over time really affects their body
I agree but that applys to some kids because my brother and dad lifted in HS and they are fine
where he getting trainers from I need somebody to hit me up
best Frosh out here
Of course depends on what kind and how much u are lifting!!! Dumbbells butterflies or small curls.light bench will do nothing but good.....
he is a tough little guard
He is my role model
I always wondered why his dad didn't keep him in Cali?
his dad looks like he should work on his athleticism
Peace hope all is well. My name is Marcus Haywood. I have a son that's a great player. He needs professional training. Do you have a website? Thank you sir..
No
Where ure gym located ?

Is that free training for him or he has to pay?

Respect. KBTITAN DA GOD24
Damon is going to be nice
damn i have to compete to this guy...well more practice for me
But does he play defense?
He's actually a very good defender for his size
That's good, I just want to see video of him that's all
They say he works out 3 times a day does he ever do strength training even in the 8th grade I wasn't THAT skinny
They said multiple times that, within the 3 gym sessions, he does do lifting,
Also, muscle development is different for everyone. Some people never truly beef up, as the case with people like K. Durant and T. Prince. I mean, Michael Jordan never truly worked out until the Bad Boys started pushing him around.

GOOD luckily with that 04,
He's skinny but ripped
How on earth does he have time for school?
he probably doesn't watch t.v or play video games during the week. kids dedicated
True damn that motivates me lmao but I get so much school shit man
im the mann I don't think anybody should watch TV TV is the #1 reason why most people don't realize their full potential. Who said a person HAS TO watch TV. I'd rather be in a gym all day then watchin Zombies and Vampires for 3 - 4 hours per day.
Lucky dude....i LOVE basketball and i NEVER get to practice
+RANG3RSRULE Same here dude, I would love to have a gym and a trainer like iren rainey
Not really, it depends on the person with heavy lifting because look Julius Randle started lfiting at 7th grade and look he a 250lbs 6'8 dude it depends manand i know countless others. Especially if you play football
How's it possible to workout three times a day? Does Damon not have school or is this just during the summer?
Maybe before school then after then go eat then go back
Hoopers Mixtape's That would be great if you never had homework and only slept 5 hours a night.
That's what I do right now. I sleep 5 hours a night and train about 2 or 3 times a day depending on how much homework I have. Hopefully all this work would pay off.
Christopher Thompson Damon should be getting more sleep then that if he wants to reach his growth potential.
True
Work
i feel sorry for anyone who has to guard him
Gerado arrelo he was suppose to be a sophmore but failed so i guess its ok for him to lift
I got so annoyed and I can't believe I haven't seen any other comments about his dad that one time he says "you know" like 50 times in one sentence
How is his shot so damn automatic
he takes a 100 shots per day
Matthew Francois 1000 shots
+Eric Puksich even if you take a million shots you aren't guaranteed to make a lot of them
If you keep practicing your shot and shoot that many a day you can easily make most of them .
Lil bra gon be nice, but hes already small so he need to hit that weightroom hard and continue improvin. Also put that work in against bigger and better competition.
people are hatters . he is 15 and nothing older . he is in the 9th grade and very very good
I saw this kid on his twitter page an omg!
He needs to fundamentalize his shot though.
Im a sophomore want to play aau
If I got left back twice I wouldn't look too bad either, but damn let me not sound like a hater cus he is good though
great talent, but he re classed once or twice so hes old
No he's always been class of 2018
Nah this nigga failed twice
Lol reclassing one doesn't make you "old"
+stormspinner9000 *oncr

His dad said he passed to the wrong people....Wtf?
I call this my utube all star team. my pgs: Elijah Hardy, Jashaun Agosto, Trevor Dunbar, and Jaylin fleming Chase Adams and Damon Harge. My bigs are Thon and Matur Maker, Stephen Zimmerman, I need some 3's and 4's though. who would be good 3 and 4 pos players on youtube that's not in college yet?

He is good but he uses his hand way to damn much to push off
kobe does that it doesn't get called if its not obvious
So sad that he can't hang out with friends or just be a kid. He didn't look like he wanted his "training" to show up on youtube
He told his dad he wanted to do this his dad gave him a day to make the definite decision but he still said yes
His shot is so wet
Got held back twice cauee he was small or he just sucked against his age group.
