Section 14 Safety Officer Requirement Part 1(RA 11058)

This video discusses part of Section 14 on the Safety Officer requirement pursuant to Republic Act 11058 also known as the Philippine OSH Law and its Implementing Rules and Regulations, DOLE DO 198 series of 2018.
Every establishment in the Philippines are mandated to have a designated Safety Officer.

Hi. There is no standard format po. You may choose any format that is acceptable in writing memos. thanks

If you meet the requirement to be an SO3, you can be the designated SO3 ng company.
