Supposedly "original gangster”, can be seen as “old generation", personally viewed as “old-school”.🤓
I became an avid Korean music aka Kpop listener/lover since 1998. Korean and rap music were my coping mechanisms from the bullying I experienced in middle school through high school and my love for the genre has stuck by me ever since.
Unfortunately, I took a huge break from Korean music around 2015 when I was officially diagnosed with lupus nephritis and seizures; I was receiving and battling years of chemotherapy and dialysis along with taking 32 pills a day, so I had no mental/emotional/spiritual room to keep myself updated with the genre. Luckily, I'm in remission now! Doesn't mean that lupus and seizures are gone because I am still very capable of frequent flare-ups of I don't take care of myself, but I make sure to do so enough to manage and live as "normally" as possible.
When I made this TH-cam name, I was thinking from my graphic-design-major perspective of a brand that will not only describe what my content will be about but will also align with the times, and y’all know that “Kpop stans” have been a thang for awhile now so hence the cringe-worthy title, OG KPOP STAN. (My love for Eminem is also relevant.😂) ALSO! Just to be SUPER clear- me calling myself an "OG kpop stan" does NOT mean that anyone who's listened to kpop after me is inferior or less-than. A kpop lifestyle is a kpop lifestyle regardless of time. Please don’t get that sh*t twisted.😛

She wrote the song a year and half ago, some believe she was too busy to be dating but I believe, it's an open letter to someone who deeply hurt her because she was going a rough time and Hyeri was supporting her.
It's something about her voice. I'm 17, never been in a relationship and yet I cried my heart out when I first heard the song as if I had been through 17 divorces and 25 breakups.

Relatable. this songs lyrics are extremly sad but the key factor Rosé delivers emotions in her songs and that is something many artists have discarded because they are thinking they need to be seperated
I LOVE gone , it fits rose so well , singer-songwriter, emotion heavy , personal , cozy , intimate, warm , artistic music video , for me it’s rose to a “T” , I wish on the ground was dark pop , dark disco , attitude heavy song , guitar and base at the chorus , like a song you can vibe to but at the same time you’re like “wow the lyrics hit the spot”

Yes she did mentioned in one of her interviews that she hoped both OTG and Gone can be a healing and inspiration song for people who needed it.
