There aren’t many people out there who make world-box videos, but of those who do, you’re easily the best. Your videos are so entertaining and I wont stop loving them.
Idea : Star wars Battle royal > Make various "planets" by making them spherical islands > Name them accordingly (ex : Tatooine, Coruscant, Kamino, Jabiim...) > MOST IMPORTANTLY do it in the Moon Night age only
My first game back and the orcs would have lost but the elves kept in fighting. They owned half the map and then just started fracturing. Eventually the orcs gathered together and took over the map. It was actually pretty neat. All through the run elves would create a massive empire, and then fracture. I didnt feel like orcs were overpowered (although I also have no idea how to play this game. I just spam tons of resources, spawn 5 of each race and watch it play out)

They weren't OP, and orcs were able to defeat them on small maps, but elves were too good at expanding territories, colonising and always had much more population. In the end elves were winning most of the videos while orcs were on the second place and dwarves were the weakest.
I am expecting a lot from the updates, I didn't knew the age of sun would bring fire animals. Still the pawns themselves didn't formed alliances and started wars as the usual playthroughs, but still a good video.
When there is a lot of separate kingdoms they seem to form alliances a lot more, there was one playthrough I did where I had 10 kingdoms and every kingdom was in one alliance except one.
Just FYI, the reason the orcs suddenly rebelled was because of wars. When a nation goes to war all of the villages gain hundreds of loyalty from conquest. Once the wars are over, the extra loyalty goes away, and then all of the negative factors cause rebellions
"He's just bouncing there... _menacingly."_ I was playing on a world and Age of Despair hit, there was like 2,000 population in the beginning, and at the very end there was only 83. And then Age of Sun hit, and after Age of Despair, Age of Sun might as well be Age of Wonders. Population instantly skyrocketed.
Definitely try making plots visible! I really enjoyed that when I turned it on, it gives you a heads up about wars/alliances/rebellions, and you can see how quickly they're coming. It felt like it added a lot to my understanding of why things were going on. Hopefully a helpful suggestion, love your videos, they always make my day ❤
I once had those fire dudes wipe out literally my entire continent. To add insult to injury, I had the age of ice immediately afterwards, which put out all the fires and killed all the fire dudes. 😂

This game need story generators on every kingdom, so we can read about how the empire formed and his kings since the start of the empire, also learn about the causes of the wars and why they happened. Otherwise, great video.
I really like the game, but I agree that there is a good deal of adittions to be made. More granularity, like deciding how long Ages are, a randomize button for age selection, what kind of catastrophies and invasions can happen (I hate Aliens), being able to force alliances, the same way you can force wars, being able to make your own damn name lists already, so I can stop renaming every village form Yoppghy, in the kingdom of Jolphysn, ruled by Quokkklareb with the culture of Ewsrdfctni to something real. But overall good game.
I just want to say that this channel is absolutely amazing, Im fairly new to the channel but every night for the past few weeks I play your videos and watch them for hours and fall asleep to them, keep up the amazing work gorg!
I wish the main races weren't the only ones who made civilizations, like even with the fire creatures and people it would be cool to have them like make a kingdom, even if they can't reproduce normally.
So, you stated that humans and orcs are OP, but for some reason I've always ended up with elves either building some sort of massive empire or at the very least holding on the longest before being wiped out completely by whichever race ends up snowballing.
Maybe next time you should do 2 Kingdoms of each race, This way you'd be more likely to get alliances. Also, Alliances are military pacts or what not, Basically, If a kingdom in Alliance A declares war on Alliance B, Then every Kingdom in Alliance A will go to war with every Kingdom in Alliance B. You see alliances being made much more often when the map is full of many kingdoms.

I think it all depends on the Reputation and influence of the Kingdom, But the default reputation that a Kingdom has to Kingdom of another race, is really low by default, I think like 35 or smthn, So it might be rare. BUT, I think it is possible, I've seen people tell stories of all 3 Races uniting to defeat the Orcs in the official discord, so it may be a possibility.
I could be wrong but I don't think the game ever goes on sale and I'm pretty sure the developer wants to inflate the already expensive price even more in the future so thats something to consider.

Age of Night is everything is the same, but orcs get a boost and its full of light. Age of tears just does clouds of rain Age of Moon just is night Age of chaos is one of the only ones that has a noticeable difference Age of wonder I think just gives magical traits and makes B U B B L E S appear Age of Ice just gives all snow Age of Ash is also noticeable Age of Sadness is idk
Settlements are more prone to rebellion once their king with high loyalty and diplomacy is dead and replaced with an inept king with low loyalty and diplomacy stats

I think the only way to balance orcs now is to put them next to a volcano or a forest of walking aggressive trees.
Then you kinda got rid of the orcs, it’s pretty much let them destroy the world or let them immediately perish, hard to get the perfect balance
