Amen! I needed this right now! I'm struggling with school works and promoting myself to get the Scholarship at Graphic design. Their only taking 18 students out of like 100+ applications. I have no plan B. If I don't make it in, I don't know what I will do. And I do want to finish college and hopefully go to university. I've been doubting God this whole week, I've been so worried. In my life, for the most part, prayer is not a mystery. I wake up, and say, "Hello God". And all during the day I try to remember to thank God for everything I have, for everything that was and everything that will be. No doubt, no questions, no hesitation, just a simple, "hello' , and "thanks". And of course, the most recommended prayer, the "Our Father". That about says it all--at least for me, prayer "mystery" solved. Nice video that you made here. And yes, last but never least, Jesus is my first consideration, memory, thought and everything else, when it comes to prayer.
PS: Oh, and I like the analogy, "deal or no deal". That about says it all. Deal or no deal. When it comes to that the only "deal" I take, acknowledge, and accept is the deal that Jesus Christ offered for us on the cross. He is the Saviour of the world and in my world. Deal!

It's so important to read and know the Bible and know God for who he truely is. Prayer can change God's mind. If you read 2 Kings 20:1-6 God tells Hezekiah to prepare to die but when Hezekiah cried and prayed to God, God changed his mind and added 15 years to Hezekiah's life. In the book of Jonah we see that God had plans to destroy Nineveh but the people humbled themselves and pray, so God changed his mind again and did not destroy them. So yes in the end of the day God does have his will and it does happen but we have the power to pray and seek God and he may just very may change his mind. However, the things we are praying for must align with God's word. So please explore God's word, pray for understanding and have faith then you will see the power of God.
