“Mountain · Sea · City” was created by students Dong Zhiyong, Kang Hongshuo, He Shuying, and Zhou Mengqi in the course Cross-Media Design taught by Associate Professor Nie Xiaomei.
The AI-generated short film depicts Shenzhen's transformation and imagines it as a future city with a cyberpunk aesthetic. The film uses artificial intelligence technologies such as Contrastive Language-Image Pre-Training model and Diffusion model to explore the symbiotic relationship between people, environment, cities, and technology in three chapters: mountain, sea, and city.
