Happy Christmas and New Year to you and Percy 🥳 Enjoy the Sourh African sunshine 🌞 with love from not so sunny Bournemouth 💖 PS I'm getting my tomatoes started, the cherry plum tomatoes end up in hanging baskets with nasturtiums all around our little veranda, you can never have too many 😆
So happy you loved my knitted gifts. And I love how grateful and enthusiastic you all are about all the gifts you receive. ❤️ And so much fun watching Selmar. You' ll have to push the "hals" ( the norwegian word) over your head and down till it covers the neck/ trout. ( Marie will know). Its made to keep your neck and trout area warm in winter, to wear under a wintercoat or sweater.. Please try wearing the " hals" when you are working outdoor. Keeps you warm.....😁

Your color combinations and just the quality and fine knitting are truly the most beautiful I have seen. You certainly made Cat smile and that was by far the seal of approval! I'm glad Mandy is there to translate everything haha Nati you are seriously so cute and lovely, my heart melted to your reaction of my card. 😘 Thanks again for a wonderful video and all the daily Christmas vlogs.
That was amazing to watch. Especially the knit wear. I so wanted a fashion show to see each individual item as they looked so beautifully made. Myself and my daughter share the same woodland excitement as Philip. We often send photos to each other especially when we are out and come across a little woodland creature. My daughter was called a squirrel storker by her friend because of the amount of photos she was taking at Kent university. The campus seems to be surrounded by squirrels 🐿 What a pleasure to watch and thank you.
All the knitted stuff was amazing, the skirt for Stephanie, the knight in shinning armour head gear for Selmar, the sweaters, what a wonderful gift opening night,
The knitting was beautiful, such a talent to patiently do that. The design of the sweater Mandy received looked great on her, perfect, and the gold sweater had such an interesting weave.
I just wanted to add this was one of the best present opening vlogs I have seen ~ just my humble opinion but each present and card reflected what I think most of us feel about the warmth and good feelings Stephanie’s vlogs have given us especially through these challenging times. Unlike so many subs on other channels I feel like Chateau La Londe’s audience is rich with so many like minded people that appreciate beauty and see the glass as half full.

Chateau Laplander is my idea of heaven. Everyone is attractive even though they eat cookies and chocolate all day and martinis, wine, port and whisky ... nobody gets fat. You open presents endlessly. Dress up is at least a eerkly occursnce and everyone wakes up in a beautiful bedroom. Like the French they discuss what’s for lunch at breakfast and what’s for dinner at Lunch. New recipes, manly men lighting fires in the bread oven and bonfires in the fields. Mucking around ruins, there’s a fancy picnic.... heaven..

I adore these gift openers! I’ve bought many an item from gifts I’ve seen you receive. Just purchased four copies of the book featured for my children and their families. As I’m a knitter I know that it would’ve taken quite awhile for the knitted gifts to have been completed. Such love and thoughtfulness! And the needlepoint picture is more on par with ‘petit point’ which is very tiny needlepoint and extremely labor intense. What a gift! Thank you all!
Selma and LeLanders loved the video just so you know the knitted thing Selmar was wearing is a Dickie it goes over your head to look like you have a turtleneck on under another sweater. What great gifts you all received so blessed.

This will be the first year I haven’t gone with my family due to covid and I was super bummed about it. It's just a simple rib knit and I keep getting distracted by all the fun things happening at la Lande 😂😉
Omg no wayyyy! I live about 10 minutes from butchart gardens, and it really is that beautiful! They regularly do the whole gardens up with Christmas lights, and you can go through and they show the 12 days of Christmas, they close the park for two weeks to put the lights up and have a small brass band playing Christmas music. This will be the first year I haven’t gone with my family due to covid and I was super bummed about it. What a nice little treat to see the calendar in a video here, I didn’t think it was that well known!
The birds are kookaburras and have the BEST song ever
Cozy and feeling loved❤️
This was so much fun 🤩 to watch .....Happy Holidays
