- I'm allowed out of hospital and am super happy to return to the chateau - not realising that I would be faced with a mutiny! The other inhabitants all gang up on me and stop me from working for a whole week AND force me to go on regular walks. The rascals! Whilst I'm on a vlogging ban, Philip takes over the filming and editing...

Stephanie I know this not is not original but I started to following you Chanel religiously since the advent calendar with Michel and even since every time you upload a video my day stop, I get my tea and escape reality. Actually you made me refocus on my career and get back to my original goal. Isabel made me love again gardening, actually that made me stay strong during lockdown, same as Selma that inspire me to re do all my house (now I’m re plastering my kitchen ceiling and changing the backsplash.) thank all of you for your help and to make me find happiness again. Oh my gosh - that 200 vlog surprise made me cry 😭! Stephanie and her extended family have brought me, and I’m sure so many other people, such joy and happiness. Is Stephanie asthmatic? I do not recall her saying that in any of her videos....I know she is allergic to cats...But anyway, I screamed at the screen when I saw her hitting the wall without a mask....all of them actually need to be more careful, I said that in my comments over and over again
Sometimes things like this happen to make us realise that we can delegate. This little episode has brought to the forefront the strength and professionalism of the great people you are surrounded by. By the way I too had a tear in my eye!!

I am one of those people you have brought joy too and helped me to get through the tough covid restrictions. So happy you are home and with your great friends and support team to ensure you rest and recuperate. Excited for the orchard and all the spring renovations and planting going on. We miss and are so happy to be able to view the messages from so many great people we met through your vlogs. Thank you Stephanie for inviting us in to your world there and all the wonderful things we learn from you and those at Lalaunde. You truly have been my escape this past year as I am on the front lines in this Pandemic and work in a nursing home. We lost so many (including a coworker) and to step away from all that for a moment has been so therapeutic. It was such a gift to be uplifted and I recommended your channel to coworkers, friends, and family because of what you all brought into my life. Rest now and please follow the doctor's orders. You have such amazing goals for this gorgeous Chateau and area in France. We can't wait to see what is to come. :)

I cried right along with Nati & Marie. That was an absolutely fabulous job! And honestly Stephanie you do need rest. It made me exhausted right along with you-those really late nights, I did some of those in my earlier years.. Michael got it spot on! He said exactly what you’ve done. Rest, let everyone wait on you. Be sure to get a loud whistle so when you need something, just blow it really loudly.
The video at the end also brought me to tears......such a rich memory of where you started from Stephanie....your tenacity certainly paid off for all of us. Congratulations! I remember when I first found you at least two years ago how there weren’t nearly as many subscribers but I’ve enjoyed every single one, especially during this last terrible year. Being at risk and having to be closed in nearly every day since a year ago February I’ve looked forward to every video. I haven’t always commented but I’ve been here and liked every one. Yes, I don’t know about “Art Deco” as it has those tacky flowers stuck in the middle. I think Philip needs to be a little less demanding. I don’t care for him telling Stephanie what she can and can’t have! Stephanie is so kind and it is she who is the chatelaine.
