The steps while using a treadmill at your desk are the worst! I found that the apple watch on ankle isn't wildly accurate, so I ended up getting a secondhand fitbit to stick in my pocket. Not great having an Oura ring, apple watch, and fitbit all unable to sync together, but have to get the data!

I use convertkit - been using it for years. It’s not perfect by any means butttt it has great deliverability and open rate is high!
