    Can part IDs be shared?

      Hello Mark. The technic parts that I used for the joints are 48171, 48169, & 47455. 2 each of these. The other parts are just standard bricks, plates, tiles.

      @@thegreenbrick hi! can they be found in the lego store in the pick a brick? I note that at the moment I only find one of these three pieces, available. Could it be that it will come back later? Do you have any tips where to find them?

    • @thegreenbrick
      @thegreenbrick  ปีที่แล้ว

      @@alessandrorecchia9517 You won’t find them at the LEGO store. It is best to use BrickLink. That is the market place for all things LEGO.

    You have no idea how much of a life saver you are I was so upset that his knees couldn't bend then this was the first video that popped up so glad I clicked it thank you

    For the modification you did at the feet I’ve found that if you put two 1 by 1 tiles where you put the cheese slopes than attach the tail light part it doesn’t come off but you’ll have to remove the cheese slopes where they originally where on the tail light part if you want ankle articulation

    Interesting idea. I popped the wing pieces off his butt, and replaced with 2x3, that will keep the support from popping off when you bend his legs backwards. I will try and post a vid about it if I have time. Great vid!

    This LEGO set is trying to be as accurate to the toy as possible, so removing those feet pieces just for the sake of a bit more movement (feet don't bend that far in real life either) just makes the whole set less accurate to the toy it's based on, which is the opposite of what I want. I don't mind mods as long as they don't change the accuracy of the set.
    Also those leg stickers are upside down, Lego made an error in the instructions.

    Were those parts you used to build his knee cap from the figure or are they pieces you already had?

      These were extra pieces I had in my bins. The technic parts for the joints are 48171, 48169, 47455. 2 each of these. The other pieces were bricks, plates, and tiles also extras from my bins. 😊

    does it still transform with the knee mod

    • @thegreenbrick
      @thegreenbrick  ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Yup. Still transforms into truck mode. I show it at the very end of the video. Though you have to be careful lifting it up because of the joints. 😉
