How to File Annual Returns on CIPC

- All companies (including external companies) and close corporations are required by law to file
their annual returns with the CIPC on an annual basis, within a prescribed time period. The
purpose for the filing of such annual returns is to confirm whether a company or close
corporation is still in business/trading, or if it will be in business in the near future.

How do you do sars clearance for the company
Thank you so much... It's 2023 now and I've registered my business in 2018 and never did my annual returns, didn't know about it. I received emails telling me about doing it but I was clueless. Then I stumbled across ur video. How stupid was I 😅, I paid the amounts due and penalties lol😂. Honestly I thought my company was already de-registered but it's not gonna happen now thanks to u. 🎉🎉

I initially made an EFT into CIPC account after calculating the balance using my customer code as my ref, without completing the other steps you took us through on your video. This video just saved me time, and probably a lot of frustration having to try make phone calls to sars which wont get answered, and fuel to go to the SARS office to probably get more frustrated waiting in queues and then getting asked for requirements which I probably wont have at that time. @Andrew Forte. How’s it Andrew thanks for this. I have received my first mail from CIPc to submit my annual return. Yet comparing your video and what CIPc website is showing, I am lost. Under AR compliant mine highlighted as yes. I am unable to select or file as you did in video. How then do I do an annual return? Regards

hey Andrew, tried filing but could get not past the third screen, shows as you have not paid any annual returns on the first block and the second shows as I do not have any outstanding returns,is there a reason why this is.i did receive a reminder email from them to submit...
Hi Andrew, i hope you may help. When i try to type the id of the person responsible for recording day to day financial transactions and maintaining the company's financial records, it says the id number is in correct, do you have an idea of why is this happening. The id i am typing is correct.
I think it just needs the name not the I'd perhaps?

Hi Andrew, I've been trying to submit my AR payment slips from the bank because I didn't do it through EFT on the CIPC account. I've been struggling to submit the converted slips to PDF to their system instead it's rejecting because of the size. I even compressed the PDF no joy from it. I went to the bank to try and help me to submit them couldn't get help. I'm just a very frustrated customer whose ben trying to check how can I upload my proof of payment for my Company before it goes to Deregistration process. Please help me.
