हेलो सर कुछ समय पहले मै एडमिट हुआ था मेरा हीमोग्लोबिन कम हो गया था। जिसमे मुझे 2 यूनिट ब्लड लगा था, उसके बाद मालूम चला मेरा बी 12 बहुत कम है और डॉक्टर ने इंजेक्शन चालू किया विटकॉफॉल और कहा आपको लाइफ टाइम ये इंजेक्शन लेना होगा आपका बॉडी बी 12 नहीं बना रहा है सर मेरी उम्र कम है 26 वर्ष तो सर क्या करू जिससे मेरी बॉडी फिर से बी 12 बनाना स्टार्ट कर दे मैंने 50 इंजेक्शन ले लिया है लेकिन सही नहीं हुआ मै क्या क्या करू सर प्लीज बताए मेरा बी 12 और हीमोग्लोबिन मेंटेन रहे और मुझे इंजेक्शन ना लेना पड़े प्लस सर बताए।मै क्या क्या उपाय करू ताकि मेरा लिवर सब अब्सोर्भ करे और बी 12 बने।
