Could we have a version with just the thirs one?
Listening to different versions of this song early in the morning in Naples, South Italy. It hits so deep inside... It's like I'm listening to a neglected mermaid sing to her love onshore. He's gone, a decision to leave so suffered... She's longing for someone she will never ever have, letting know the cruel and imprescindible mothernature how unjust she is to the destiny of this eternal incompleteness she is left with. Her voice disrupt, broken and womanly in the solitude of the night, echoes solely assisted by a half moon while everything around her is dark and quiet.
Beautiful, antique, classy... Koreans are so passionate that I can't barely differentiate them from my people. The only barrier is the language, but as a Neapolitan I can only sing along and feel everything and more because we're both linked to music through poetical ballads.

It's so mesmerizing how the singer's vocal ages over the years, I don't know how to describe but it's so emotional listening between the versions that it brings me to tears

What I specifically liked about was when the *Two leads started their Love*
The first shot signifying both of them loved each other was at the *Temple* and guess what
It was a *High Altitude temple* on a Mountain and it was *Raining* their ( Ocean and Mountain came together )
The second time, when they kissed it was a *Mountain and Snowing AGAIN*
And if you look more closer , the whole film started on a *Mountain TOP to gradual descend towards Oceans*
Now I wonder How much details their actually are
+ Also if you Look closely in last *DRONE Shot* when the Guy stops his car and the camera Move to DRONE shot , you can clearly *See a WOMEN Face* on the sea Shore Waves further clarifying Women as the Ocean
@@abdr3941 Great analysis. But there was this Confucius quote that goes something like "The wise man admires water, the kind man admires mountains".
I think the FL mentioned she likes the ocean (and she immigrated to Korea via waters), whereas the ML represents the mountains as he came from Seoul.
This representation also makes sense since the ML was depicted as a moral and upright detective (until he meets FL at least). Even berating his subordinate for mistreating a prisoner.

I have just watched decision to leave. It is such a great movie. Is this movie a hit in Korea?
Sadly, it's competing against two Blockbuster Movies: Top Gun: Maverick and Thor: Love and Thunder
But I reckon this week Decision to Leave will climb up to second place behind Top Gun: Maverick
Thor: Love and Thunder doesn't deserve those numbers anyway

하루에도 몇번씩 듣게되는 노래. 여든이다된 정훈희의 맑고 카랑카랑 하지만 원숙미가 더해진 보컬과 장인의 품격을 넘는 함춘호의 기타소리가 매우 좋군요. 옥의 티라면 일흔초반에 너무 노인네 티를 내는 송창식의 음색이랄까. 꼭 나이많은 가수가 아니더라도 저정도의 탁한 보컬스타일의 남자가수가 없었을까...아쉽네
전 우리나라에선 잘 찾아볼 수 없었던 노년의 원숙을 넘어선 두 분의 목소리가 예술성 이상의 것을 보여 주는 듯해서 더욱 감명 깊었답니다^^
송창식의 창법은 원래 저런데??노인티가 아니라..
박찬욱 감독님이 가장 좋아하는 노래 중 하나가 정훈희 님의 안개이고,우연히 송창식 님과 윤형주 님의 트윈폴리오가 이 노래를 커버했다는 걸 알게 되면서 이 영화가 시작되었다고 합니다.송창식 님의 창법을 잘 모르긴 하지만 당시 송창식 님이 성대결절 수술하신 지 얼마 안 되어서 고사하신 걸 박찬욱 감독과 정훈희 두 분이 설득해서 하신 거라고...
