The Heat just need to run their offense the way they did when they beat the celtics in the playoffs that one game last year. Quick decision making. Less stagnation, more fluidity. Similar to how Carlisle's offense works for the pacers. Have Jimmy play around the offense rather than vise versa(this could open him up more off-ball where he's great and defensively in general). When we NEED a bucket we could always just slow it down.

Brady saying it’s a good problem to have that we don’t know our closing lineup shows how cooked we are. We’re not trying to figure out what the most potent lineup is, we’re choosing the least worst one😂

If the froncourt can be a difference maker for this team, should a line up with Jovic/Bam/Jimmy/Ware with Jovic "at the point" be a consideration at some point this season or would that be trying to do too much?

Episode idea: who helps the team more if they make a jump. Bam,jovic,Jacques ,ware, hero….or maybe even rank all players on team…..or just which players will make the biggest jump n rank them

This is simple , if the heat would actually run hard after a rebound .... it would change there record 5 to 6 wins minimum .... thats the answer to there scoring droughts , bam getting to the line more

We need to keep running with Jović. When he pushes the ball up court it leads to easy offense. Haywood over Jovic is ridiculous. Haywood is a bum and wouldn't close on any other team in the league. If Tyler is still shooting more than anyone else on the team, let alone by 5 attempts more per game, we will continue to stink on offense.

Confidence to shoot 3’s? He has always had the confidence, just not the green light from Spo.

Yes like getting rid of Herro,Buttler, and waste players like Bryant, Richardson, can all go.

Spo can have the team run, instead of slow ball, instead of having 8 seconds left he can have 16 seconds left to find the open man. Spo's offense is too slow now,and stop playing a 11 man roster instead of his BS 9 man roster he plays now.

Spo is a terrible offensive coach. Without Lebron Spo has a .544 winning percentage, is always in the bottom in the NBA in offense (bottom 5 in the past 2 years), his smallball gets our players hurt continuously and he has 0 chips without LBJ. I love how Ethan and his guys try to convince everyone that Spo is a great coach and Herro's contract is a great value. They talk about offensive plays from 8 years ago. Wow 🤣😂

@@tj-23 That's on Riley and Spo. Spo's is overrated and now we're stuck with him for the next 8 years
