HARVEST & COOK - Sesbania Grandiflora Flowers Omelet Recipe!

In this video I will be doing a Harvest and Cook of an Omelet, using the flowers of Sesbania Grandiflora. This species has both edible leaves and flowers and is often used in Asian dishes. We use Sesbania Grandiflora in our system as a Nitrogen Fixer, to build fertility in our Food Forest, before transitioning to other more desirable production plants like fruit trees. This is done by using the chop and drop method, the prune the plant and feed the biomass back into the soil.

Who knew?? Thank you. I saw this plant(sesbania grandiflora)growing in a flower pot & thought it was a gift from a bird. Almost uprooted it but the feeling to keep it was so strong I looked it up in an app on my phone that kept saying “dicots” 2wks later it’s bigger & I’m in love with it & the app says legume &😅 I saw your video- thank you so much.
