Hi Simon, thanks for watching this video. Im sorry you didn’t enjoy it. The cabin you’re rreferring to was being used as storage and was full to the roof with covers and boat shoe stuff. I did go there and it was not worth including. It’s a decision to add the extra 2-3 minutes to the video for low quality content or keep the video shorter which encourages people to watch. In any case thanks for watching and leaving your thoughts. Regards Scott 👍
Hi Glenn it’s good to hear from you. Thanks for watching my video I appreciate your support of my channel and thanks for sharing your thoughts too. Hope to hear from you again. 😊👍 - Scott
No engine room tour, was that down the stairs next to the stairs that led up to the fly deck? Also looking at that foredeck all i could think was so much wasted space. A low profile crane would allow to you to keep a really large tender or some jet ski's and other water toys up there. Good tour though, keep up with the video's as i love looking at these boats.
Hey Mark great to hear from you again. Yes the engine rooms were a bit tricky to access at the time I was on board but typically they’re far less interesting than those on a mono hull ..much smaller and a bit dull to be honest I reckon I’d have loads of those all weather bean bags up front and let the kids have it and I’d have the fly bridge for myself lol
Hey Patrick, great to hear from you. Sorry for making you giddy by the way O hope you still enjoyed most of the walkthrough. I actydid pop down to that crew cabin but they’d filled it up the roof with rain covers. Boxes of brochures and drinks for the show - it wasn’t a great cabin to view so in the end I cut it out. Hope to hear from you again 😊👍 - Scott
Hi there, it was actually a separate crew cabin after portside unfortunately it was absolutely full of things for the boatshow and didn’t look great on video so didn’t feature that didn’t enjoy the tour but thanks for watching anyway thanks for leaving me a comment 😊👍 - Scott
Hey Rex that’s very very very kind of you, I’m very grateful that’s very generous I do this for fun and I don’t expect this but I’m very grateful - thank you 🙏🏽
20:22 so the crew have to walk through the guest cabine, and even the guest bathroom to reach their own cabine or what? and if the guests take a shower, they wouldnt even come out of their cabine...
Hi 😊 There was actually an after portside crew cabin but it was so full of boatshow material and other things that it just didn’t look good for the video and so I didn’t include it. There is an opening hatch in that crew cabin but I think that’s more a secondary one. The main one unfortunately wasn’t included so not the skippers not going to walk into you having a shower . 😊👍 - thanks for watching- Scott
@@weloveboatingyou could have mentioned that and shown it anyway. Like we care it had some materials in it? No. Show it next time. Where’s the engine room, the dingy garage?
Hi 😊 thanks for watching that walkthrough and for leaving a comment too which are always welcome by the way. Yes I’ve got to be more conscious of repetitive terms like that it’s a good piece of advice 😊👍 - Scott
Actually I would take a Nordhavn 96' or Benetti Classic over the Lagoon. Sports yachts may be fast but have no range. Lagoon, like most production boats look like they got there interior inspiration at the local Ikea store instead of actual interior design, zero class. The Lagoon is a nice yacht, just not my cup of tea.
@@Ron-zr6se Hi Ron, I’ve got a video in a couple of weeks of a Fleming …. beautiful boat take you anywhere….keep an eye out at the end of the month. 😊👍 - Scott
I would redesign the salon and galley for sure ! Seems like they had so much space they didn't know what to do with it !
@@dougmorley2850 Hi Doug !
I reckon the dining maybe a bit bigger and more fridge freezer drawers maybe ?
Thanks for watching too.

I heard “Here” more than 90 times
😂😂😂 I wasn’t even aware ….😊👍 - Scott
You missed a whole cabin at the aft of the port hull, which is accessed from the aft cockpit.

Great tour, Scott. Perfect for cruising the Whitsunday Islands. A lot of money for a lot of boat. 🇦🇺 🦘 😊
@@rexpayne7836 yeah a week with 7 friends and family would be a blast
Got dizzy with all the spinning around and you missed the crew cabin on the port side accessed from the cockpit

All that boat and a Kennel for crew!
@@Blanchy10 it was a tad small….. I reckon you could use the smaller bunk cabin with a smaller guest count
So the crew has to enter/exit thru my bedroom and bathroom? Have to find another birth for them. Tour the Engine room?? Very cool boat, poor tour!

@weloveboating It's cheaper than paying $9m aus for that boat. Loved the boat and presentation. Cheers. 😊
Nuts!
Imagine marina fees?
Happily take it though - I have an open water mooring!
(What are ′feet′?😜)
Hey Ashley….yeah the marina fees would be $$$ but if you have $6m US who cares 😂😂😂

A very beigey, browny, dull, drab interior and the word "here" said too many times.

What did you think of the Lagoon Seventy 8? Would you prefer to own it or a 90 foot sports yacht?
Do you know the range when at optimal cruise speed?
