Zaraki, you shoud have actually said: "Imagine ME vs that vampire kid fight. I'm going to kill him THIS instant!" or something like thatX'D It's more fun to live in the name you choose when people will recognize it.
His hollow self has no name, people tend to call him Ogichi, being Ichigo backwards. I myself personally am one of the few who call him Shirosaki, seeing his last name is Kurosaki (Kuro meaning Black and Shiro meaning White) but it's whatever ever floats anyone's boat.

James Horton "Old man Zangetsu" is actually the quincy king, Yhwach, Zangetsu is actually his so called Hollow, the reason why it has a evil look and mind is because it was affected by the hollowfication process
I don't know about you, but the bount filler story was kindoff boring imo... then again there were some epic fights inbetween the boringness (like the one in the video)

The only name that Ichigo's hollow has ever claimed as his is Zangetsu (see manga chapter 218 and chapter 220). However, that is often disregarded by fans and honestly, as long as people understand who you are talking about, does it really matter? Great AMV, by the way! ;)
