Little brother in East Lansing is competing with Toledo now in Michigan recruiting. lol You have to click next page to see Michigan State team ranks in recruiting.
Michigan grad (96) and msu-hater here. Mark my word, John Smith is gonna turn the Sharties around. You saw signs of that in their drives during the UM vs lil bro game 2024. He's competent just missing some pieces. Looking forward to it. No fun getting lil bro in a head lock, pulling the wedgy and having him cry uncle EVERY time.
Hey look, I've been a big, big Michigan fan for over 50 years. I don't think this flip would have happened without the NIL. If you watch his first interview on why he didn't got to Michigan, it was our failure to develop the position...which has been the case looking at last season and somewhat beyond. But I'm going to tell you, in today's college football and the NIL, money talks. If the school has the money, players will show up when the NFL is not promised. Young players are not stupid enough to not take the money. Obviously, Big Blue had way more to offer. So let's let that sink in for a moment about where college football is going with these young men.
I don’t wanna agree but I have too, u are bang on the money here. I will say this Bryce is an athletic freak but Michigan the state rarely produces elite elite Wr but with him and his athletic ability and development throwing he could be a 1st round pick but I don’t think he will reach JJ legacy as a true team guy. I hope I’m proven wrong and he turns out to have his number retired and slaps around Ohio state for another 3 years 🤝. NIL changed the game I just pray he continues to be apart of the Michigan culture
nah he wanted to come to us because he knows we develop players and we're also the defending national champion and we're the best in college football history. and he grew up liking Michigan. the only reason he was committed to LSU in the first place was so we could offer him more money lol
@@kaleb1858 You said Michigan didn't develop a QB. They developed him. NFL scouts seen him as a top-10 overall pick. It debunks your argument whether you like JJ or not. JJ also didn't have the WR's that LSU had. Plus, Harbaugh's offense was about game management by the QB, not flashy numbers.
Saying that UofM is the best recruiter in the State doesn’t say much for a national broadcast. It might be been a significant development discussion point in the Dantonio era.
Really?? Ohio St spent $20 million on this year's roster and they are in the National Championship game. They are playing Notre Dame which has a transfer QB also.
Nope, it'll be all that stellar coaching, recruiting, development, and most important NC level play like Michigan has in spades. MSU has a goofy mascot and foam hats tho.
Darren Stray is big but lazy! When his assignment is done he might as well sit in the stands cause he is a spectator, No loss with him going to the SEC
The best players in Michigan go to Michigan.
Yea for 12M😭
