This is why I’d love to go to Japan because I’m a massive Godzilla fan. However that will never happen sadly so a little depressing but I’m glad I could see what all they have.
Same im not covid jabbed and im sure Japan is strict on that seeing how they are still masking etc. My country Iceland didnt go covid crazy and we didnt have to mask or get shots if we didnt want them. I love Godzilla & loved Japan (been 2 times) but we are not getting them just to go on holiday 😂

Fact #1 The MechaGodzilla that James shows at 5:37 is Type-3 Kiryu also known as MFS-3. There are 2 versions of Kiryu! The first is Type-2 Kiryu which has a different jetpack and the absolute zero cannon which was used against Godzilla but only hit once and that time it hit was a sacrifice which left Godzilla severely wounded and Kiryu severely damaged. Which lead to Type-3 Kiryu which replaces the absolute cannon with a triple maser cannon! Fact #2 the Mecha king ghedora featured in the hesie era in the movie ''Godzilla VS King ghedora'' which after Godzilla kills King ghedora and then the government rebuilds the middle head and rebuilt the chest! The way that Mecha king ghedora dies is that they try to sacrifice themselves, but Godzilla stops this attempted sacrifice and kills the mechanized rival. And for the third and last fact (since this comment is so long) the dinosaur looking kaiju is called ''Grorasaurus'' which appeared in the showa era but had an appearance before that. That appearance was in a Kong movie! Anyways Ima end this here because this comment is waaaaaaaaaaay to long. Before I end this, I would like to say that I love that James is doing what he wants, not what the algorithm wants.

never really was a fan of the shin godzilla design and it seems its canon now which is shocking for me cause shin godzilla always looked more like a transformed weird mix between a fish and a caterpillar for me personally and not like a mutated dino - i mean yeah the very old godzillas always were a bit goofy but that was cause of the limitations and the rubber-suit i am 100% sure of. but cool there is such a fan service even the food looks more like art than actually tasty.
Shin Godzilla is one of my all time favorites. Blew my mind when it came out here in Japan.... BUT surprisingly, even after living here in Tokyo for yeeeeears (I know this attraction just opened a few years ago), I've never been. I hope they invite me! 🤞I did however visit Universal Studios Japan... but right BEFORE and AFTER they had the Shin Godzilla vs Evangelion attraction 😭 Looks like you guys had a lot of fun! Not sure if you've been to USJ (maybe you did a video?), but they still have the original Jurassic Park rid, unaltered as it was originally intended ❤
James! You should watch the animated version of tri-star's Godzilla from Godzilla: the animated series. Its significantly better than the film and is more faithful to ToHo's original style
