      It sure wasn't easy. I've wanted to rebuild from scratch with a better design for some years now, but I'm always out traveling so it's no telling when I'll get around to it

    Dude ya should get into 3d printing. Lego is fun, but when you want to do highly intricate and functional things like this, you are going to have far better results with 3d printed stuff. And if you are capable and motivated enough to create *this* out of lego, you would be making fucking T-800 terminators with a 3d printer. Evolve dude! Really cool though :)

      I've still yet to find any useful purpose for 3d printing beyond moldmaking.

      @@smokecrackhailsatan I don't see how that could be the case? You can print everything you see in this, only make them longer/bigger/better fitting etc to get a more functional result.

      As much as I want to make a CAD version, it means that I would have to take it apart. Which likely won't be happening any time soon
