Firstly, grate the zest of 1 lemon into the pan at same time as adding the garlic & chillies. Secondly, squeeze half the lemon juice onto the clams at same time as adding the wine. Finally, save last bit of lemon for garnish. Try it. Promise you it tastes better! 😊
