Your sister Lisa mentioned your youtube page. SO-- I checked you out. How great!!!! I'm an older widow who lives in North Carolina. I have really enjoyed watching Lisa lately. Now I can watch you. I spend a lot of days at home alone. To me that's the best. I love it. I do like to see how other lady's keep their homes & cook.
That fridge is amazing! I was a teenager in the 60's and many homes had this fridge. Let me tell you, that thing will run and be running decades from now! They don't build them like that anymore! Great score.
What an amazing fridge! I feel like if a modern brand built a fridge like this, using metal and glass, they’d have to charge more, but people would buy it. It’s so practical. Thanks for sharing xx
I’m with you-why did they stop making fridges like that- it is so much better than a modern one where you have to fight to get to the things at the back of the shelves. I always find the plastic drawers end up getting cracked at some point.😞
I love the fridge. I love old appliances!! My husband always tells me that the old ones suck more electricity and convinces me to get new. I’m so jealous of your fridge 😊
You got a gem in that fridge! We have one just like it at work. It was there 18 years ago when I started. It’s never been serviced or given us any issues… I’m new to your channel.. love your old soul 💗
That Fridge is the coolest thing ever!!! the best feature to me is the swing outs. What a wonderful find. I use to watch Farmhouse on Boone then stopped, came across Our oily House she got me when it came to the Essential oils. Then found out that Lisa was her sister so now I'm back to watching Lisa and NOW you! Any-Who Congrats on all you New
Our house was built in 1906, but cheaply 'remodeled' around the 70s with junky wall board and drop ceilings, and everything covered in nasty carpet! we have torn out all the carpet, found hardwood flooring, and taken out some of the drop ceiling and wall board where we could, taking it back to original, and it's so so much nicer!!
I absolutely love you MCM home! I was a kid in the 60s and you home brings such happy memories to mind. Your pantry is especially amazing, and the wood room divider is gorgeous!
That fridge is so epic! It goes so well with your style! 🍋 I have a vintage turquoise fridge found at an antique mall that still works like a charm too! It’s quite small so we don’t use it as our main fridge, but it’s amazing how well built things used to be!
Its a real artisan kitchen. I love the fridge. Its so interesting that it comes with the storage and turntable features we are all buying to add to our modern fridges today. Lovely
🧡 your "new to you" refrigerator. I love vintage items and especially from the 40s- 60s. Your kitchen speaks my style for sure. And all your Pyrex. I have a collection like you also that I have been collecting over the last 20 plus years before it was the thing to do.
I love that refrigerator! We never had one like that! That one is amazing! My parents had a Frigdare, not frost free freezer on top, I remember my Mom having to get the ice build up out a lot! Love your pantry!
It's fabulous! We live in a house built in 1969 and instead of fighting and trying to modernize it (some things already were/are) we just try to work with the house itself. It has been so fun. I love your fridge!
Yes, I too like your ‘new’ fridge. And I have the green floral pyrex bowls (in my case from new🤣) I’m glad you’re enjoying motherhood and more homemaking since downsizing your business. I wish you well with your POD business. I sure with your business savvy that the business will be as large as you wish it to be.
The fridge and all the unique features are so fascinating! The foot pedal is a genius idea and would be such a useful feature! I wonder why something little like that would not have been continued through the years?? Im new here and just found you after the podcast with your sisters! Also I love your decorating style! So of course I’m watching the older videos too!
Love the fridge! We had a very similar one when I was a child. I loved that fridge. And of course it still runs. The new expensive one I have now will never last as long as that old fridge.
Love the fridge! I almost did the same thing recently~for $75! FYI, the "espresso pitcher" is actually a creamer. We had one many moons ago and a sugar bowl to match!
Hello again! I too have a vintage Pyrex bowl collection. How do you display the stacks so beautifully? I couldn't tell if you propped them internally or if you have a rack they're sitting in.
I love the fridge! I always think of how I'd love a pink vintage fridge. Very nice find! ❤ yes, maybe crazy, but I mean you could always keep the other one stored in case lol!! New subscriber! 😊
@andreavehige great idea!! Right?!? Well I'm glad you found a lovely piece that fits your space! Your kitchen is literally gorgeous with the lime green!!
Oh wow, the fridge is awesome!! I have a gold Kenmore fridge, 42 years old and still running great. It's our gold nugget. Wish I had the swivel shelves.
Hi Andrea! I love the chartreuse color on your cabinets. Would you mind sharing the name of the color that you used? I'm new to your channel and I'm really loving it so far!
Your buttons are not black. It's the button that's on the part of the shelf that swings out....push it in and see if you can adjust the shelf up and down.
antiqueappliancerestorations has your fridge from the 1960's.....in blue! I saw it in a post on FB...I wanted to share it with you but did not know your FB name....
I’m not sure what you are.. a modern hip couple or a vintage, want everything old..looking at the Pyrex bowls and old energy draining fridge. I’m glad you like your lime green kitchen but honestly it’s hard for my eyes which sounds silly but it does.
Love that fridge...and just like that is appealing to you but might not be to another, same as what folks find in all thier possessions. It's not "dumb" to keep something because someone finds it nice or whatever thier reason is. The "minimalist" mind and lifestyle is not for everyone and that's ok but calling the other mindset "dumb" is not very nice. Just do you but hopefully without referring to others lifestyles names.

I wish they made refrigerators like that now!!!
Me too!!
I’m with you-why did they stop making fridges like that- it is so much better than a modern one where you have to fight to get to the things at the back of the shelves. I always find the plastic drawers end up getting cracked at some point.😞
Yes! I agree.
The fridge and yes the appliances back in the day were made to last! Good for you!
It sure seems that way!
I like your kitchen. It sort of has a 60 retro theme going on. Really cool.
Thank you :)
Absolutely love the new,old fridge ❤❤❤
Thank you!!
I love your older refrigerator! Oh my goodness they simply do not make appliances that last anymore. I wish I could find a refrigerator like that!
I love the fridge. I love old appliances!! My husband always tells me that the old ones suck more electricity and convinces me to get new. I’m so jealous of your fridge 😊

That fridge is fantastic, great score 🌷🇨🇦
Thank you!
I love that fridge so nice!
Thanks!
Wow! Wish they still made fridges like yours! You are a lucky ducky finding it!👏👏❤️
Its a real artisan kitchen. I love the fridge. Its so interesting that it comes with the storage and turntable features we are all buying to add to our modern fridges today. Lovely
I totally agree!

Love the design of your refrigerator.
Thank you!

That's the best!!
This is super cool. Wow even the pantry. I just love it
Thank you!! :)
I myself am from 1960 lol and I have never seen a fridge with shelves/drawers that swivel out like that. It must have been a really high-end piece.
Now am watching all 3 sisters 😁 that means 3 amazing videos every week ❤
So bright and inviting I love it!
Thank you so much!
The fridge is amazing!!! I was born in the mid 50s. Very nostalgic, actually your home is nostalgic. Beautiful!
Aww thank you!
my mother had the same pantry type cabinet in her kitchen, all of her cabinets were custom built for her small kitchen and she loved that cabinet.
aww i love that! i love it too - it makes such good use of the (small) space! :)
Yes, I too like your ‘new’ fridge. And I have the green floral pyrex bowls (in my case from new🤣)

Im new here and just found you after the podcast with your sisters! Also I love your decorating style! So of course I’m watching the older videos too!
I have found myself wondering why they would discontinue them as well! 🤔 thanks for watching!
Love the fridge! We had a very similar one when I was a child. I loved that fridge. And of course it still runs. The new expensive one I have now will never last as long as that old fridge.
i love it too! hope it runs forever!
What a GREAT find on the fridge. I love it.
Thank you!
That fridge from the 60’s will outlast any fridge you buy today lucky find
I sure hope so!
Love the fridge! I almost did the same thing recently~for $75! FYI, the "espresso pitcher" is actually a creamer. We had one many moons ago and a sugar bowl to match!
Aww cute!
Epic fridge find. I remember these as a child from the 70s
How cool!
First time watching your videos and absolutely loved this! Fellow sewist and newbie homemaker over here ❤️
Yay! Thank you!
Love your videos. So relaxing to watch them. What do you use to record them?
Hello again! I too have a vintage Pyrex bowl collection. How do you display the stacks so beautifully? I couldn't tell if you propped them internally or if you have a rack they're sitting in.
Applesauce cups between each bowl! :)
Oh my goodness I love that fridge. Hope you show the freezer to. 😊
I would love to have one 🤎
thank you! i didn't know i needed it until i saw it at the estate sale! haha!
The fridge is so cool.
I love the fridge! I always think of how I'd love a pink vintage fridge. Very nice find! ❤ yes, maybe crazy, but I mean you could always keep the other one stored in case lol!! New subscriber! 😊
Okay the shelves. Love it. 😂
Haha we did store the other one as our garage fridge! Pink would be sooo pretty.
@andreavehige great idea!! Right?!? Well I'm glad you found a lovely piece that fits your space! Your kitchen is literally gorgeous with the lime green!!

Thank you! Its called frolic by sherwin Williams :)
Glad I found you! Just my thing! Thanks 😘
Yay! Thanks for watching!
Did you know the black button on the swinging shelves is used to raise and lower them? Saw on the IG video short!
Your buttons are not black. It's the button that's on the part of the shelf that swings out....push it in and see if you can adjust the shelf up and down.
yes! they do adjust :)
I need a yellow fridge!!! 💛💛💛 the pantry.
The guy upstairs has lived there 46 years. He has the fridge that was there when he bought the apt! Lo l
Ooo how fun!!
Okay youve about got me convinced to toss my gorgeous modern fridge and go find one that was "made better" 50years ago lol 😂
Haha I don't regret it!
WOW that pantry must have been put in as an upgrade
I love it! So cute.
antiqueappliancerestorations has your fridge from the 1960's.....in blue! I saw it in a post on FB...I wanted to share it with you but did not know your FB name....
That is their IG name....
It came with a butter warmer on the door....I bet you could find some of the old shelves yours is missing. That would be NEATO!
i didnt know mine was missing shelves haha! How cool!

Hi Lisa sent me!!❤❤❤❤😊

You're right - I shouldn't have said that! What doesn't make sense for my home, does make sense for others.
