No washer, no dryer, no refrigerator, no AC, no mirrors in bathrooms. And that’s what I know without having moved in yet
Yeah.. they said “everything is include” before we bought our house in FL.
I guess they meant everything that did not include, gutters, driveway carriage lights, door bell, cabinet and drawer knobs, ceiling fans, mail box, a cover or door for the air handler, a sliding patio door that is sealed correctly (without gaps), Unsealed concrete in the garage, an attic with no ladder and no storage floor and a larger patio more than 3x4ft. We’re unhappy about the misinformation from lennar.
But our home did come with was basic washer and dryer, an oven, microwave and basic dishwasher.
I never see the HomeTeam service tech use the Taexx port and I'm having issues with live bugs in my Lennar home. Small live bugs in the bathroom. Live crickets in the living room. I called HomeTeam office and spoke to Shandra about the bug issue. She told me they would have a service tech service the property the next day. Service tech never came.
🤔 now that's really strange. Sometimes we just have to give a little follow up call or email.

Lennar homes are substandard. Beware. Everything is not included. Also, if you live and buy in Florida verify if the lot you select is in a flood zone. With all the construction now, new flood zones are cropping up.
That's such a bogus sales speech and so outdated. You would take us to church for worship rather than simply sell an affordable home. All builders are from heaven until they look no sound the same. Sad......

Nail pops are included, I have 15-20 in every room.

Yes they are bad, it’s basically the screw that holds your Sheetrock to the 2x4’s is coming out which causes a hole in your wall. They are fixable but to do it right it’s time consuming, you have to mud it, sand it, prime it and then paint. Lennar just does a quick fix after a year and then it will come right back. For what I paid for my house I don’t t expect nail pops. But guess what.... there included as well!!!!
To make it worse there customer service team has basically ignored me for the past three months. I requested to speak with someone higher up, and they have yet to give me a contact. I have a email stream of over 20 emails without a single response.
Colby Bowers where did you buy? What was the name of your floor plan? Was that the only issue?
I have the Durham Model. This has been the only real issue, had a couple of minor ones but they fixed them. Carpet is not the greatest, looks old after about 6 months.
