As a person that lives in the DMV , your not lying about every law biding citizen should not have a magazine cap. DC alone, shootings have risen tremendously this year. Maryland (where I live) has more car jacking at gun point than ever! More people in Maryland have gotten their HQL and CCW than ever!

Ensure you have ear protection, a plate carrier (with at least level iii+ plates), and a tactical belt with extra magazines and an IFAK.
I feel bad for y'all living in those blue states that are doing everything to ban your 2A right. Here in Florida, I can get a 50-round mag for a Glock! And the pistol brace is a null and void issue here.
