2023 Harley Davidson Street glide Stage 1

This video is a quick overview of my new bike. So far, I have installed a Mustang wide touring seat, highway pegs, led headlight, windshield, and Android Auto adaptor. For performance so far, I installed a full stage one kit. Some future ideas are to change the handlebars and add a luggage rack. No, I will not be installing the moped trunk on my hog. I like the idea of installing the hog tunes amp and speaker kit with 6x9 in the lids. Let me know if you have any questions about my bike or the upgrades. Let's Ride

Stage 1 means full exhaust, breather and real dyno tune. Nice bike

My first choice was a Heritage. Happy I picked the street glide. It's the small things like music and navigation that make the biggest difference for me. I am working on some more videos. Stay tuned!!

All street glides has that buffeting affect and I know some don’t like them and say they run hotter but of all I can tell it’s not no difference in heat and I can tell you the best thing for it is the fangs on the forks are awesome even with the stock windshield and the lower fairing shields help but the fangs are the best for it and personally I like the look of them and that’s about where all fairing buffeting affect is between the tank and fairing

The aftermarket windshield does reduce it a lot. I highly recommend getting the one sized for you.

What's the point of the Android Auto adapter? Android auto works on my 2022 without an adapter

I think that feature is unlocked with the headset module. Blue tooth streaming works without the adaptor. Control of apps from the bike handlebar controls works with the adaptor. For me the only two apps i use are google maps and pandora music. Can change pandora stations on the go without handling my phone. Also have the split screen ability with the adaptor. Let me know if you want to see a short video of what i am talking about.

Would you recommend slip ons of full exhaust?

Sorry for the late response. My opinion is it depends on what you are looking for. A full exhaust will flow more and be louder than just slip on. With my setup i can still hear the music fine at highway speeds. If you want to do more performance work in the future, than just pick a full system right out of the gate.

Full exhaust, why half-ass? If u want your bike to perform at full potential, then at least do a complete stage 1. Full exhaust, air cleaner, dyno tune.
