I like this house and the overall situation. But the price point is more in the range of something I would chose to move there permanently rather than visit. I want to say this, I have not found many TH-cam real estate presenters in the north of Italy... That being said we are looking for a lower cost, but usable house for initial shorter term stay with long term or permanent stays in the future. I would love to ask if you could present more properties $250K and below. The lower price points just makes more sense for us, and we do like your presentation style. Any help would be great. We will be visiting family in Albenga, Liguria for a few weeks in July and we are discussing doing an overnight or two up in Piemonte scouting as we love this area.
I am looking for 1 bedroom or 2 bedroom apartment in town or city center, in lively towns like San Damiano, can you advice? Also close to bigger cities
