Meem se Mohabbat: The child is of Ahad's elder brother and sis in law(bhai bhabhi ) who died in an accident and the child suffered trauma (PTSD), hence, unable to speak (he is not deaf and dumb). He has therefore taken the full responsibilty of this child and outer world thinks he the father. ( may be he feels guilty as well because he has something to do with the deaths) I may be wrong but This is a basic of plot of many chinese dramas, and the openings scenes felt exactly the same. Also i have no problem if female leads lacks interest in studies and is bubbly, but they should have some sensibility and substance in her character, and not a jhalli Here, dananeer's character is directionless, dumb, trying too hard to be cute which is aweful to watch.
Exactly I also didn't enjoy Dananeer's plot at all, her character was so over the top, she looked beautiful though while Ahad plot was interesting & I can't wait to know his story 😊
I thought Dananeer's acting was very OTT. I really hope it tones down as the story progresses. I am willing to watch 4-5 episodes before fixing up on it.
@ Aamna we all know Maya is beautiful 😅but kindly point out about Maya’s lifeless acting. She didn’t put her soul into the character Sadaf. A good actress should save the badly written character through her acting.
@@SunShine-cq7hn very true. Drama does have flaws, but because of her acting those flaws become more prominent. She is a miscast for sure. I believe in her place if sajal aly would have been casted, audiences would welcome this drama with more warmth.
Questions about Sadaf's decisions and attitude will likely be addressed in upcoming episodes. If there are any shortcomings, the responsibility ultimately falls on the writer and director. While Maya excels in conveying emotions through silent expressions, her dialogue delivery and movements appear lackluster. She has struggled to establish an emotional connection with the character. Unfortunately, her beauty seems to overshadow her performance, with few raising concerns about her acting skills.
Never seen a tycoon dance at his staff's wedding. Such an awkward scene. Meem se mohabbat...how can they talk about Suicide in such a fun way, absolutely ridiculous
SMD: Regarding Maya, yes she can’t completely save a horribly written character, but a seasoned and good actor can elevate beyond the script. Good actors aren’t always slaves to scripts. She has acted quite bad within the character as well. That is a difference which Hassan should also understand. She’s over exaggerating her misery and reactions. Her monotonous expressions, her squeezing her teeth when delivering dialogues, or gaping her mouth whenever there is a shock or something. Her performance isn’t helping the character either. Look at Yumna in TB or Iqra in KAM3. Both were victims to badly written characters. However, both managed to make their characters likable, particularly Yumna in TB.
Im not a shipper or fan but Yumna had a really poorly character in Tere Bin but its the acting and chemistry which saved the drama despite absurd storyline.
No, mahi in KAM 3 is not that poorly written character and yumna couldn't save meerab as well I remember during the whole drama she was bashed harshly by all. Same goes with maya in SMD
Meem se mohabbat -I totally agree with Amna. Dananeer's role is a challenge to the audience's intelligence. Even for Eid dramas, it is overacting. Can't a shokh-o-chanchal- heroine be a little more sensible? Can Pakistani dramas change their perspective on chulbuli girls a little now? It's not the 1960s or 70s guys, we are living in an era of the Internet watching good acting from all over the world. Young girls are immature, but Dananeer's role was overboard. Her lack of seriousness ruined the drama.
Wahaj has to start reading the scripts and should really avoid working for someone or with someone just because you're frnds with them... Seriously Wahaj, you're an amazing actor just work on your choices
I think he is trying to gauge all the commercial success he can get and signing whatever is coming his way….he can get the views but he will eventually loose the acclaim by doing these projects
@@jyotsanamanoliya3470he did an Ary drama... MPHT and that was also a disaster. He just needs to choose some solid script whether it's for ARY, geo or hum. He should do something like aye Ishq-e-junoon, QeJ or KMKT.
the downfall of wajah ali should actually be studied man what an embarrassing and disappointing resume since tere bin man and that dance was- dude tried so hard to be ranbir kapoor but failed miserably. yeh admi underrated hi sahi tha yaar kasam se and oh my god yeah maya is gorgeous but she’s a horrible actress but why can’t you guys call her dead expressionless acting?? it’s sad to see an actor like wahaj is being wasted over such trashy scripts. sun mere dil is literally the worst drama ever existed.
So true, it makes me proud that young actors like Khushal khan are trying something new with each project . Sadly wahaj has gone on Danish Taimoor’s trajectory. No ones arguing that Wahaj isn’t a great actor , since most of us have been his fans before Tere bin . And I thought he would use that momentum to pick good scripts, he literally lost all the Aura points he gained after Tere bin lol.
@@MisbahSheraz literally you declared her as a bad actress bcz of her that drama...well go and watch man mayal, yunhi, pheli si muhabat she is truly an amazing actress yayy i understood "Sun mere dil" was not the one we expected but this is not just maya's fault the script of that serial is awkward.
'Sun Mere Dil ' feels like an OLX version of Devdas! Wahaj trying hard to be Devdas, ,Sadaf as Paro on a discount and Hira as downgraded chandramukhi. What a waste of time! 😂
MSM: I think we've seen enough jolly, careless, cool kinda female characters like roshi that some people (including me) are not enjoying it anymore. But I trust Farhat Ishtiaq that she'll not justify roshi's behavior instead will give her a path to improvw herself. Also, LOVE the ahad's track especially the father-son duos.
If maya ali is a good actress, why can't i understand her dialogues?🤔she said a line in one of these episodes and I couldn't understand what it was. Maybe it was in English? Is lye?, regardless the way she says her dialogues is awful and def NOT a sign of a good actor.
Iqtidar- reason its partially working, they have managed to build a heroine who is brave but realistically vulnerable and Anmol is delivering it perfectly, a hero who has gradually and increasingly fallen in love initially without realizing it and then with full realization (imo), so later it doesn't feel ki how come he suddenly fell in love with this woman he hated. I think the wedding was done with the purpose of coercion to sign the apology papers but the unexpected political popularity shifted how Saman Shah wanted this marriage to play out. The initial intention and the current result both for mother and son has completely thrown off Shahnawaz who was not prepared to feel this genuinely. He possibly doesn't know how his mother's plans will change, so he is reluctant to go much further with Mehru. He might eventually own his emotions and decide he will be with Mehru irrespective of how his mother changes her attitude. Again, Ali Raza is delivering this bafflement perfectly. And the two have convincing and crackling chemistry. Rubina Ashraf has Saman Shah is nailing the part perfectly. These three things are making the show work for me. I forward everything else because it is awfully tedious. Love Anmol's styling which is on point but not overdone with makeup etc. dont like Ali Raza's styling at all but the guy is very handsome and has the personality to carry it off along with sheer screen presence!! Looking forward to their interview with you guys! Thanks :)
It is disheartening to see Wahaj Ali involved in such disappointing projects consecutively especially considering he is truly one of the finest actor of PTV. It also raises questions about his recent choices and ultimately he must take responsibility for his career trajectory. This is the same actor who delivered outstanding performances in IJ, JBG, EeW, and DNUTN so it's genuinely surprising to see him in such poor dramas now. It might be a good idea for him to step back from everything including photoshoots and advertisements and then return with some solid and more meaningful projects.
Maybe people aren’t thrilled about the script but he had margin to perform especially in these last few episodes and man did he ever perform. Brilliant
IDK why Hassan ji always support & praises Dananeer so much, sometimes she may do overacting too... whenever Aamna says anything abt her he feels bad ... I'm sorry Hassan ji but I think she's your Crush 😅 & BTW knife wala scene was copied from Dil Dhadakne Do Movie
SMD-very illogical from the beginning, no matter how humble and generous the boss is or business tycoon is, no one dances at their staff wedding and also give so much of their valuable time and hard earn money …..

Meem Say Mohabbat: Dananeer’s character was too much to digest. Chulbula character Sehar is also playing in Tan Man Neel o Neel but it has variations but unfortunately Dananeer on the other hand was 10 notches too high all the time. Also opening scene was same as Mohabbat Gumshuda, achi behen, sust behen, aik ka bed bana hua, doosri ka bikhra hua and the track kay shadi karni ha parhai say bachnay kay liye is Ayeza Khan’s character in chupke chupke. Personal opinion: Literally miss Wahaj as Murtasim - his aura, his style & his entire acting was flawless! Even when the script wasn't good;we could never say anything to him. He was phenomenal with his acting, girls literally became crazy fan girls; the critics could never say anything to his acting - his chemistry with Yumna and as Meerasim was sizzling - where as NOW - Hes became a literal joke. And wahaj doesn't look like hes the "same" wahaj i saw in 22 Qadam or Tere Bin or MPHT...even mein was better than this crap! I hope he learns his lesson from thso disastrous project before its too late.
@amnakhalid5871 true Mein was pathetic too. After Tere Bin; he must be getting offers like crazy. He could choose any genre; any channel, any script and any co actor - but idk what's gotten into him

SMD: Wahaj Ali - what a fall from grace! Where is the Wahaj Ali who gave us Jo Bichar Gaye, Ishq Jalebi, Dil Na Imeed Toh Nahin and where is he now? The problem lies in his apparent delusion that the “views” SMD is garnering are a true measure of success. Give me a break. If he were to watch the reviews (including those from his own fraternity), or read the audience comments on Instagram, Twitter, Reddit, and TH-cam, he’d understand what people really think. And the director? Uff tauba! He seems to be living in an even bigger delusional bubble. What happened to everyone involved in this project? Did they all drink the same Kool-Aid as KRQ? What an awful drama - and yet, they’re so “proud” of it.

@@qudsiakhalid7071 Are you new here? I’ve been praising Wahaj in all the dramas I’ve mentioned. I never said he was a bad actor-his choice of scripts is the real issue. If he’s a good actor, he should be selecting good scripts. You seem like a Wahaj worshipper, but here’s the thing: if a talented actor consistently chooses poor scripts, I’m still going to call them out. Ultimately, it’s their decision to take on a role. He could have said no and waited for a better opportunity. Unfortunately, his choice of scripts reflects poorly on him, even if he delivers a great performance. A weak script or lackluster supporting cast can overshadow his efforts. Learn to understand the difference. And yes Wahaj is ultimately to blame for this crap shoot.
I agree with Aamna loved Ahad’s part amazing acting but dananeer part was lil off although I love these type of dramas like fairytale but I think dananeer was a lil ott
Yes Wahaj is the only saving grace of this drama. He totally owns Bilal Abdullah. I literally cried watching his scenes.. Wahaj singlehandedly nailed these two episodes ❤
I stopped watching sunn mere dil after the 4th episode... But I don't miss your reviews every week just so I could laugh out loud at the absurdity that is this drama 😂😂
Your reviews no longer align with general audience. You are too steeped in your relations with the actors to be objective. SMD is awful.Wahaj and Maya are horrible in it. Maya cant act and the script cant save Wahaj and vice versa. Script is sooo cringy and so is maya. She should seriously stick to modelling. For some reason every model in pakistan thinks they can act because we have so low standards for it. MSM - totally over the top. Dananeer and ahad are mismatched. Dananeer looks way too young for him.and her character is not just over the top. Its flying into the stratosphere. Enough with the cliched insufferable bubbly protagonist already. Its been done a 1000 times and each painful. Hassan finding the cringefest of the over the top girl , "cute" , as a 30 something old man ,is disappointing but true reflection of our menfolk. You guys are quick to criticize behind the camera people with editing etc because they are faceless nameless yet very reserved with your opinion on what people want most - acting. Even bad laughable acting you attribute to "writing". Oh what could the poor actor do. They had bad lines. So all your reviews sound same. If its good.- oh wow what eyes what look. If bad - blame the writer / director / spotboy / assisstant / driver / catering , anyone but the pretty face who cant act to save their life. You should rebrand your show as reviews of fashion, looks, script , editing, continuity. Because frankly you cannot discern between good and bad acting. Either because you are too close to the actors and dont want to upset people or you genuinely are not able to.I suspect its a combination of both in reality.
A lot of their reviews sound like PTV stars should just look good, wear good , be popular , acting is not required or can be mediocre. Mediocrity is over appreciated and hence real talent doesn't get the hype it deserves.
Rightly said I think she is the one who introduced him to the industry but the truth is Wahaj's excellent acting has brought him to the top and not Maya Ali. So he should be careful in the future to work with Maya Ali aur dosti bhi kuch jyada hi lagti hain otherwise soon he will see the downfall. God bless him.

‘Sun Mere Dil’ Episode 15 to 19. Although this drama has failed to create a great impact due to his weird script but the incredible performance of Wahaj Ali has saved it. The last five episodes completely belong to Wahaj Ali. I have no doubt in saying that he is a King of emotions. It looks that this character is conceived only for Wahaj. I can’t imagine anyone else in the tv industry to perform as great as Wahaj Ali in this role. The director Haseeb Hassan has also given him the full space for performing so well. Haseeb has shown us the depth of Wahaj’s acting skills. So well done Wahaj for such a great portrayal of an emotional person.
Sunn Meray Dil: To answer the question, Did Wahaj Ali Managed to save Sunn Meray Dil, No - He did not. Entire episode was montage of his walk straight from Tere Bin, dance sequences, some Sadaf’s tears with on and off chunni, 4 times Saala and umpteenth time mention of ‘Sharab peetay aap ka naam lenay pay Naamdar sahab ne dant diya tha’.
i agree with amna dananeer is good actor but her track is annoying especially her character. Plus she looks very young which she actually is next to ahad
Sunn Mere Dil but fixed ✅️ Sadaf begins working for him after her graduation while her father is still alive. Her father, aware of Bilal’s drinking habits and history with women, repeatedly warns her to keep her distance. Although he wishes she wouldn't work for bilal abdullah, he doesn't want to hinder her career, and that's why he doesn't stop her from working. Bilal Abdullah falls in love with Sadaf at first sight, drawn by infatuation that deepens as he gets to know her. Sadaf respects her father’s wishes and avoids Bilal, even when he makes attempts to approach her. Sadaf’s father confronts Bilal directly, demanding that he stay away from Sadaf and never think of her while intoxicated. This stern warning impacts Bilal deeply, prompting him to give up alcohol entirely. He tries to express his feelings to Sadaf, suggesting they go out together, but she firmly rejects him, stating that her working for him doesn’t mean she has any interest in him. She reveals she is already betrothed to Amaar, who lovers her and sent a proposal to marry her that her parents gladly accepted because he is a decent man. Though Sadaf only regards Amaar as a friend, she agrees to the engagement out of respect for her parents’ wishes. When Sadaf’s father passes away, her family’s financial struggles grow, especially with her younger brother zaviyar requiring expensive medical treatment. Desperate, Sadaf explores every option, including applying for loans, but her limited work experience leaves her unable to secure the necessary funds. Left with no choice, she approaches Bilal with an offer to sell herself for money. Bilal, shocked and hurt by her perception of him, immediately realizes the gravity of her situation. Instead of taking advantage of her, he provides her the funds unconditionally, understanding her desperation. He also vows to change his lifestyle, ending his affairs and focusing on self-improvement. Additionally, he promotes Sadaf at work to help her support her family. The guilt of her offer, however, overwhelms Sadaf. She resigns from her position, joining another company to avoid facing Bilal. Despite his attempts to stop her, she remains firm in her decision. To ensure her family’s future, Bilal secretly promotes Amaar, knowing he is Sadaf’s fiancé and would likely support her family in the long run. Later, when Bilal discovers that the 8 crore Sadaf borrowed was for Zaviyaar's treatment, he approaches Sadaf’s mother, promising to take responsibility for the boy’s care. Bilal explains that Sadaf’s father once supported him during his difficult times when his father passed away, and this is his way of repaying that kindness. He personally accompanies zaviyar to America for treatment, ensuring the boy receives the best care. As Bilal becomes closely involved with zaviyar's recovery, Sadaf is forced to see him more often, though she keeps her distance, burdened by her guilt. Over time, her perception of Bilal shifts as she hears from her brother about Bilal’s kindness and genuine care for their family. Meanwhile, Amaar grows increasingly jealous and suspicious. Sadaf’s lack of enthusiasm in their relationship due to her guilt, coupled with Ramsha’s manipulative comments, convinces him that Sadaf has fallen for Bilal’s wealth and favours. Tensions peak when Bilal returns with zaviyar, and Sadaf treats him warmly out of gratitude. Amaar accuses her of being in an illicit relationship with Bilal and breaks off the engagement. When Bilal learns of this, he tries to clarify the misunderstanding, urging Amaar to reconcile with Sadaf. However, Sadaf refuses to rekindle their relationship. She tells Amaar that while she doesn’t love Bilal, he is a better man than him because he protected her dignity, whereas Amaar tarnished it with baseless accusations. Sadaf focuses on her job and caring for her family. Bilal continues visiting their home to spend time with zaviyar, finding a sense of belonging with them. Sadaf’s mother, recognizing Bilal’s sincerity, encourages him to propose to Sadaf. However, Bilal declines, believing he doesn’t deserve her and unwilling to burden her with his feelings, especially since she hasn’t shown any interest. Sadaf, meanwhile, begins to realize that her feelings for Bilal have changed. She admires the man he has become and acknowledges that she has fallen for him. She subtly tries to convey her feelings, but Bilal misinterprets her gestures as guilt-driven gratitude for his help. To avoid further misunderstandings, Bilal distances himself, frequently travelling for business. Confused and hurt by his behaviour, Sadaf finally confronts Bilal. He admits he has been keeping his distance out of respect, believing she doesn’t like him and is only kind out of obligation. Sadaf, stunned, confesses her true feelings, explaining that her love for him stems not from his financial support but from his transformation and the kindness he has shown her family. Relieved and overjoyed, Bilal reveals his own deep love for her and expresses his desire to spend their lives together. Sadaf accepts his proposal, and together, they embark on a new chapter filled with mutual love, respect, and happiness. And they live happily ever after.
Maya is not beautiful!! It’s all makeup, hairstyle, and styling. She can never come on screen with no makeup. We see her in so much makeup all the time whether her character needs it or not
Recently I re-watched Ishq Jalebi, and I loved it all over again. After Ishq Jalebi, SMD is his 6th drama (not counting 22 Kadam & Jo bichar gye) on the trot which is a romance and he's acting as brooding, sad, angry guy. Frankly speaking I'm bored now. Also the dance was really bad, and so over the top It was so caricaturish, that it was hilarious 😂😂
Few clarifications on Iqtidar- Why is Shahnawaz shying away from going full fledged in love? - As per his original plot & a pact with his mom, ONE DAY, he would abandon Mehru & marry Amal. Mom has suddenly found lot more advantage in keeping Mehru around them until she wins the election! Then it will be time to throw her out... Shahnawaz started this plot with one intention (saving his brother) & is now inclined towards another (love for Mehru)... He is currently in the confused transition phase & this is expected bcoz standing for his love would mean losing his brother!....but I feel by the end of election, Shahnawaz will find his voice & courage to stand by Mehru. Mehru's mother asked Mehru if she is fine or not the next morning bcoz she felt a little unwelcomed the next day & then coupled with their history, she was a genuinely concerned. Aamna, common! I feel you are romantic at heart!...Just enjoy the goosebump M&B moments! :)
For some reason, I feel like Shahnawaz actually loves Mehru but is keeping her away to protect her from his mother's plans. That woman is not nice. She is evil. She was okay with Zain taking an aim at an apple on a boy's head. She has no sympathy for anyone... I read someone's comment that Shah was shocked to hear yes from Mehru bcs he wanted her to say no in order to protect her from Saman Shah. But at times, it feels like they haven't thought through the story at all and are just going based on audience review..😅
@@solitary_soul ...I had this faint feeling too when he throws her on the bed and when she questions him, he persistently tells her, "you have no choice"... SMD: Why does no critic address Wahaj's exaggerated performance in SMD? If KUQ wrote the script for the 1980s, Wahaj ensured his performance matched that era. His expressions are overly exaggerated and feel outdated. In fact, those devdaasi-style expressions come across as comical in 2024. For instance, when he was walking out of the wedding ceremony and fell, I couldn’t tell if he was experiencing kidney pain, post-bone marrow donation effects, issues with his suit fitting, or just grief. I’m certain that if a not-so-heroic-looking actor like Malik Zubair had done it, the internet would be flooded with memes. And that dance-oh, it felt so forced and over-the-top.
His performance was balanced and that’s why no one is calling it out. His grief was very realistically done. His breakdown and exact cause right after the wedding hasn’t been completely disclosed yet so just wait. Have you never watched anything where events slowly unfold?
@@Sally-vz8gf "hasn’t been completely disclosed" because he couldn't act well. No I have watched a lot of dramas where things slowly unfold. Like Cheekh or Dunk but after watching the actual cause I never needed to go back and check why actor's expressions were so confused. Actors with their acting don't create confusion, It's the Director's job to do it. Here the actor himself is clueless, he too might be waiting for script to unfold.

On SMD you are 100 percent right!! It’s Wahaj, Wahaj and Wahaj all through the episodes. He carried the entire show and he was superb!! Touched my heart with his performance. Watching only for him.
SMD: Your title is quite apt. Wahaj is saving SMD. He was incredible in these two episodes. He was expressing his emotions and also masking where it was required. The balance is done exceptionally well by Wahaj. But Wahaj has definitely faltered at places in some of the previous episodes, but i think it's more because the screenplay n dialogues are lacking. They are stuck with one thing for 19 episodes. So its difficult to maintain the same level of emotional intensity continuesly. These two episodes could've come a few episodes back n SMD would've been something else.
I won't rush to judge Meem Se Muhabbat after just one episode but this is the problem with Ali Hassan's direction he always creates dramas that are either really dull or way over the top. It seems like he struggles to make a drama interesting without going too far. I feel exactly the same way about fairytale but let's see who knows maybe he will surprise us like Badar did with KMKT. I also think that PTV directors have a hard time showing a cheerful girl without making her act like a little kid. Every cheerful character ends up acting like a 5-year-old, always appearing irresponsible and uninterested in studying. This is why all these cheerful characters look so similar.
Agreed on all the cheerful characters acting like 5 year olds. There are very few female characters in our dramas who act normal otherwise everyone is either a mazloom si roti bechari or acts like a literal child
The comments on Hum TV's socials and X is filled with people saying that Dananeer performed OTT and how badly that result watching scene was executed. The laptop screen was off and she didnt even look at it for a second and threw the laptop and started dancing. I think she let the fact that she is in a FI script get to her head which affects her performance greatly. Even director didn't try to salvage by asking her to tone down a bit.
The hamsha scene where she brings alcohol for him again, practically speaking is very stupid. You never offer alcohol to a recovering alcoholic. That’s a mean, criminal, and vicious thing to do.
Meem Se Mohabbat: I thought Ahad and the little boy did an excellent job. Yes, it was treat to watch Ahad with his real father. On the other hand, I was not impressed with Dananeer's acting. Acting was very over the top. Those expressions or nuances that Hassan complemented for Dananeer as Roshi seemed so forced and were more fit for a cartoon character than a realistic character. I hope she tones it down in subsequent episodes. If she doesn't, then, it will be a disservice to Ahad and rest of the cast. I still don't see how Dananeer was fit to be a romantic lead with Ahad? I see them more as brother and sister. MGM worked for Dananeer because I think she practiced a lot with Khushhal and had a different comfort level with him.
Wahaj was amazing amazing in the last episode and wahaj literally carring the whole show i will say not just the ladt episode but can we just talk about there is whole beautiful dance of maya-wahaj but still you don't feel any chemistry between them. I thought they had chemistry but you’re right that you mostly feel from Bilal’s side. He’s the one in love and Sadaf is annoying right now. I think she will change over time.
@@abdussamad3055 The vibe between Wahaj and Maya is good in JO bichar gaye because they are not romantically shown together. Sonia is not shown whom she likes, she is equally invested in Rumi and the Captain, they didn't have any romantic scenes as per se....only solid powerful scenes with good dialogues. Actually she looked much better with Talha Chahour than with Wahaj in Jo Bichar Gaye. Here it's a lovestory, which relies a lot on the leads chemistry and yes their chemistry is not sizzling. Infact Wahaj gelled much better with Hira who is doing a fab job than with Maya. Can we please stop labeling every other drama as a "wasted potential"? If there are potentials, you'd see them no matter what. And if the potential is being wasted, whose fault is it? The people involved right? So call them out on it. Coming to Wahaj, as you said, he is essentially a good performer, so you expect good performances from him at least for major part of the show. Not sporadically, as has been the case here. He was good in these episodes, but not to his capacity. He had performed far better in worse direction or lesser screen space. And we all know that. But to be fair to Wahaj, why does he need to be the one to do the heavy lifting when the cast is an ensemble one? Why would others not perform well enough? If it was only expected of him, then he should have been the only one cast. Others could very well bid adieu.
The answer is no he has not managed to save it. He's as bad as anyone else in the show. I'm telling y'all right now this show was made only to push Shahveer Kadwani. And even he's subpar so the bar is in hell at this point
Only Wahaj is good in SMD. 💯 Agree Boss ka dance nahi banta shadi pey ! Script - same as no script ! Bekar si story ! Wahaj should read script details then do project ! He is so talented !
Well! Dananeer in Meem se mohabbat reminded me of sehar khan in fairy tale...but sehar didn't make her chirpy character OTT but Dananeer did...didn't like her acting...actually the kind of expectation I had MSM it didn't ...in the first episode live upto it...well ! the leeway is it was just the first episode so that's okay...but I agree with Amna Tanman neelo neel...was really good and Sehar Khan showed how she is actually better than Dananeer in acting...I had least expectation from this drama ...but was surprised by Asad -Sehar chemistry...story and acting... on episode 1 tally Neelo Neel much ahead of Meem se mohabbat ...rest God knows!
Bilal Abdullah as a character too Good so that wahaj choose to play the character nd he done fantastic work but other characters like sadaf hamsha are not well written characters that's the problem with smd
Meem se Mohabbat: Loved Ahad's whole track so much.Loved Dananeer but her family scenes seemed a bit boring for me. Ahad's House was gigantic and fantastic.I even loved Dananeer's room. The little kid's acting was just too good..Also the ost is pleasing.. I have a strong feeling that the kid is not his own son,but he took responsibility of the kid may be the kid's parents died in an accident because of Ahad.. He is suffering from guilt..I guess so..Excited to see how the story progresses
Wahaj Ali nailed it again. His performance and wardrobe are excellent. Direction and dop are brilliant. Deep and sensitive dialogues delivered beautifully. I think Sadaf covered her head feeling awkward and coy at the same time. She is very well aware of her feelings for BA and Ammar. She is caught up with her false sense of ego, self worth, etc. She brought the trolley thinking that he is a good man. And I agree that Sadaf wanted BA to insist upon marraige last minute... His backache is definitely due to bone marrow donation and personal grief with stress. It will definitely end up in death. (As much as we don't want that to happen.) I believe Sadaf knows she has made a bad and wrong decision. Ammar is a weak and greedy person who is marrying someone knowing that she is loved by his boss to the bits. Excellent play. I truly am in awe of this drama. BA's use of curse words shows his weak and unguarded moments. Very cultured and poised people have ears too and collect vocabulary from the common people too . It does roll out in vulnerable and weak moments. I find everything in character and very layered. Bravo and kudos to the whole team of Sun Mere Dil. Big shout out.
MSM: It's always great to see Ahad on screen. He's a very fine actor I have always been a fan especially when it comes to playing intense characters. He has a great range of emotions. I enjoyed all his scenes with the kid but I'm yet to develop a liking for dananeer's character. Actors often go a bit overboard when playing such characters so I'm giving her that margin since it was the first episode. Given that it's a Farhat ishtiyaq drama, I'm definitely invested.
Ahad Raza Mir is no doubt a fine actor but disappointed from heroine who is trying so hard to be cute but failed,, very ott character,,sometimes annoying hope she will b better in upcoming episodes although Ummed pasha character is also somehow similar but her performance is enjoyable
Hassan and Aamna, my opinion on Sunn Mere Dil, I totally second your Opinion and truly Wahaj owned these two episodes .. I cried at few moments.. 😪😪.. his pain was felt by all.. 🙌🏼🙌🏼..! My most favourite part was when Sadaf called Bilal to her home and asked the interpretation of her Dream.. oh Dear, his coming to her home at her request, Sadaf crying her heart out.. I immediately started crying with her.. 😪😪.. for once I understood her fears and her pain.. she didn't want to discuss the dream with her family as it would have backfired.. and when Bilal assured her of her right decision with tears in his eyes.. Ya' Rabb.. that was a total 💔💔..! Had this been an Indian Movie.. the girl would have kissed him and said to him that please take me with you away from this marriage.. 😅😅..! Lol..! That scene was Magic.. 👌🏼👌🏼🥰..! Regarding your take on the Suicide issue of Bismil.. Hassan and Aamna, Don't you know about the charge of "Abettment of Suicide"" .. it means creating such circumstances that a person commits suicide.. 😔😔..! Aditya Pancholi's son, Suraj Pancholi was arrested for the same in the Suicide Case of Jia Khan.. 🙌🏼🙌🏼..! Lastly, Aamna, How could you not recognize the actress from "Behind Her Eyes" as the same as from "The Perfect Couple" ..?? It was so obvious.. 😅😅👍🏻👍🏻.. lol..!
MSM: I find Dananeer adorable but I have to agree with Aamna that her role was OTT, it was not pleasant to watch her scenes. Hopefully it will get better in the next few episodes. Also, I don't think the kid is Ahad's biological son. But both the kid and Ahad acted really well. Have high hopes from the drama since it's written by Farhat Ishtiaq!
Wahaj is the best actor of today’s day & time. I even enjoyed his dance. To me it matched his emotions as he lashed out at his grief& sorrow. The pain in his facial expressions & the Sufi type lashing out was trying to fight his very deep distress. Why are we looking for perfection in Wahaj. He looked very good even in his dance movements. I hope we get a happy end to this play
Enjoyed wahaj performnce as bilal in smd For his emotional range I can’t think of any other actor than him he’s so good His styling is soo good with terebin be set the bar for traditional wear and with smd he set the bar for a business man , from his night suits to his shewani to his office wears he made he doesn’t look like any other business man wearing the Kemal tie coat in every scene he’s wearing carters in office which is good 👍 The only saving grace of smd is wahaj ❤
Aamna and Hassan are right they have just wasted Wahaj's talent and I think as usual he has not read the script you can see the mess. In Tere Bin Yumna who is a talented actress who was there to protect him from falling down and here Maya Ali is a bogus actress who could not deliver her dialogue properly as if she doesn't know how to act. I think Wahaj will lose his name, and fame if he tries to keep everyone happy for the sake of the friendship. We are so fond of his tremendous acting and were expecting a big bang after Tere Bin. However, I knew that the pairing was bogus, story mein itni garibiyat dikhane jarurat nhin thi aur kitna bhi aashiq ho 8 cr toh koi bhi nhin baha deta which was an exaggerated figure. Anyways, we will watch the drama absolutely for Wahaj.
I don’t know how to take these comments seriously. Yumna is his guardian angel? Let’s let her take the success for his brilliant performance in these last few episodes
He never loss his fame, because people really love him especially after tere bin he have more fans in other countries. That’s this drama get views at least each episode gets 10M. That’s means drama earned money. But sad he is versatile actor he should focus on better script. Whatever I really love him from kerala India.
Sadaf is annoying but she just came to the realization just now that Bilal is good guy. She finally used her own brain. Ammar has always been a means to escape Bilal for her. She had her reservations after her dream and that’s why she talked to Bilal. I think she was hoping that he would talk her out of it but instead he reassured her that she made the right decision. Although she repeated the sequence of events of how Bilal helped them which she always knew but she is just now reevaluating those events and realizing how selfless he was being. Before she was too heavily influenced by Humsha’s words
Bismil: Good question from Hassan re: who is to blame for suicide. It differs from case to case. We've seen teens take their own life due to extreme bullying. Those who cause the extreme distress should be held accountable, at least in part if not in entirety. In this case, TT absolutely should feel some accountability.
Meem se Mohabbat : Really looking forward to this show!....I am with Hassan 100% on his reviews! Loved both the families! I feel a strange joy seeing a large happy family & Dananeer's family potrays that so well...She is a great actor & makes our day with her spunky & happy-go-lucky attitude. I also didnt find her OTT at all!... Ahad has a great potential to be a Mr.Darcy & hence, I am looking fwd to their pair!...
meem se muhabbat: ahad is such an effortlessly amazing actor, rlly missed him on screen. dananeer is the same delightful girl. altho idt ahad is the single father, he might be taya/chachu of that kid bec in the last scene that child says maa baa or smth like that missing his parents
( may be he feels guilty as well because he has something to do with the deaths)
I may be wrong but This is a basic of plot of many chinese dramas, and the openings scenes felt exactly the same.
Also i have no problem if female leads lacks interest in studies and is bubbly, but they should have some sensibility and substance in her character, and not a jhalli
Here, dananeer's character is directionless, dumb, trying too hard to be cute which is aweful to watch.

Yes too much overacting and idk why our writers write such characters, they dont look cute they are annoying
@ Aamna we all know Maya is beautiful 😅but kindly point out about Maya’s lifeless acting. She didn’t put her soul into the character Sadaf. A good actress should save the badly written character through her acting.
Agree
Sorry to say but I think her feet were dirty
@@SunShine-cq7hn very true. Drama does have flaws, but because of her acting those flaws become more prominent. She is a miscast for sure. I believe in her place if sajal aly would have been casted, audiences would welcome this drama with more warmth.
The character Maya has been given is such a stupid character, no one can save her, so badly written. Maya's doing the best she can.

Yes it feels like this role is made for him. I can’t imagine anyone else in this role. He was incredible
Good comment
At this rate you guyz should give wahaj a trophy for giving us roastable content every year😅
😂
But they complimented him quite a bit here
I totally agree with Amna regarding Dananeer's overacting. I found her character and acting very annoying.
Maya Ali is a terrible actress.
And don’t forget the poetry! It’s beautiful but so repetitive like most dialogues that it loses its touch. Such copy paste lazy writing!
I'm glad people are speaking truth
i agree with amna dananeer is good actor but her track is annoying especially her character. Plus she looks very young which she actually is next to ahad
Sunn Mere Dil but fixed ✅️
Sadaf begins working for him after her graduation while her father is still alive.
💜

Maya is not beautiful!! It’s all makeup, hairstyle, and styling. She can never come on screen with no makeup. We see her in so much makeup all the time whether her character needs it or not
49:36 yea wahaj is the king of emotions and he’s so good in emotional scenes
Loved his perf as BA
Wahaj Ali's dance was horrible in SMD, I think he is overrated now
Recently I re-watched Ishq Jalebi, and I loved it all over again.
After Ishq Jalebi, SMD is his 6th drama (not counting 22 Kadam & Jo bichar gye) on the trot which is a romance and he's acting as brooding, sad, angry guy.
Frankly speaking I'm bored now.
Also the dance was really bad, and so over the top
It was so caricaturish, that it was hilarious 😂😂
Few clarifications on Iqtidar-
Why is Shahnawaz shying away from going full fledged in love?
I felt he was trying to give her a clue about Saman!... But need few more scenes to collaborate on this!
However, the plot to woo Mehru was his brain child. It might now be carried fwd by his mother!
Thank you for saying this… I personally do not see the appeal in wahaj.
His performance was balanced and that’s why no one is calling it out. His grief was very realistically done. His breakdown and exact cause right after the wedding hasn’t been completely disclosed yet so just wait. Have you never watched anything where events slowly unfold?
@@maliharizvi same he is still performing miles better than maya maybe that’s why he’s getting all the praise
@@maliharizviyou should stop watching it then. Why waste your time not only watching an actor you don’t like but watching the review and then commenting on the review?
wahaj is the saving face of smd loving his emotional turmoil and styling too
also all i want to say that these stans take videos from here and spread on twitter to make fun , but guess what everyone is praising wahajs performance
Now they won’t share the video 😂
SMD: I stopped watching this drama but listen to your reviews with interest! However I think the social media memes doing the rounds of Haya of Tere Bin, V Bilal of SMD dance sequence is hilarious! Listed as Haya’s revenge!🤣🤣🤣 I watched the dance sequence of SMD it was cringeworthy!😩
💯
She’s purposely trying to make him an alcoholic again. She’s a snake
Jb kay wo kah bbb ra hhh me ne nhi peeni phr bbbbb la rhii hhh.😅😅😅😅😅😅😅😅😅😅😅😅😅😅😅 absurd
Well that’s inline with Humsha’s character so it makes sense
This shows two beautiful does not always gurantee chemistry. This story is a love story but you are still rooting just for bilal but not bilsad.
So well said! 2 beautiful faces together still doesn't guatentee chemistry!👏👏
I thought they had chemistry but you’re right that you mostly feel from Bilal’s side. He’s the one in love and Sadaf is annoying right now. I think she will change over time.
Wahaj and Maya had great chemistry in Jo bicher gae but in SMD is disappointed.
Wahaj and Maya are actually very close friends in real so sometimes it's hard to manage/ crack the chemistry required for romance on screen.
@fayzahabeeb4093 wahaj and Maya chemistry is more good in Jo bicher gae than talha .so it's your opinion nobody force you.
SMD is totally disguisting to watch ,huge fan of wahaj❤
No one can beat Wahaj in acting . He nailed his character Bilal Abdullah
Wahaj was absolutely brilliant in these last few episodes. No one can do emotional scenes like Wahaj. I’m in awe of his performance.

Maya is beautiful that we all can agree but if i have to watch her looks there are enough shoots on her instagram….i mean her acting is terrible…the rolling of tongue while delivering dialogues is bizzare….and same stone cold expressions
Why is her dialogue delivery so stunted and constipated?
Wahaj in these two episodes looked so haseen and acted so well!!
Wahaj Ali acting was amazing 🔥
Wahaj Ali has done greate job as Bilal Abdullah....and episodd number v 19 wahaj has potred pain of Bilal Abdullah so well....fantastic actor he is
Soo true
Only Wahaj is good in SMD. 💯 Agree Boss ka dance nahi banta shadi pey ! Script - same as no script ! Bekar si story ! Wahaj should read script details then do project ! He is so talented !
Bilal Abdullah’s dance is not that bad the way you say. Wahaj Ali is not a Bollywood dancer but he did good.❤
Maya doesn't how to ACT. Period!!!!
MSM - finally you see some new houses and new faces playing the supporting roles.
Dananeer’s acting is OTT
(As much as we don't want that to happen.)
I believe Sadaf knows she has made a bad and wrong decision.
@@toobanoor6317 I will try to find. But tbh, I have seen lots of coverage for this drama, so hard for me to pinpoint right away.
Yes WAHAJ ki WaJAH se drama chal ra hai he is versatile
Only wahaj ali is handling sunn mere dil, he is a star of the show
Hassan and Aamna, my opinion on Sunn Mere Dil, I totally second your Opinion and truly Wahaj owned these two episodes ..
Enjoyed wahaj performnce as bilal in smd
For his emotional range I can’t think of any other actor than him he’s so good
His styling is soo good with terebin be set the bar for traditional wear and with smd he set the bar for a business man , from his night suits to his shewani to his office wears he made he doesn’t look like any other business man wearing the Kemal tie coat in every scene he’s wearing carters in office which is good 👍
The only saving grace of smd is wahaj ❤
Like his airport look too in leather jacket
MSM dananeer is OTT in this so far…
Sadaf is annoying but she just came to the realization just now that Bilal is good guy. She finally used her own brain. Ammar has always been a means to escape Bilal for her. She had her reservations after her dream and that’s why she talked to Bilal. I think she was hoping that he would talk her out of it but instead he reassured her that she made the right decision. Although she repeated the sequence of events of how Bilal helped them which she always knew but she is just now reevaluating those events and realizing how selfless he was being. Before she was too heavily influenced by Humsha’s words
Wahaj was so good from Scene 1 !
I was so heartbroken after he returns from America, i could not see the the episode further.
wahaj ali the Best !
Bismil: Good question from Hassan re: who is to blame for suicide. It differs from case to case. We've seen teens take their own life due to extreme bullying. Those who cause the extreme distress should be held accountable, at least in part if not in entirety. In this case, TT absolutely should feel some accountability.
