I have one of these Lucas Forge Jack Pine Special knives with the same wood and metal finish. Mine also has red spacers and mosaic pins. Lucas also beefed-up the girth of the handles to accommodate my glove sized XL hands and long fingers. The knife came razor sharp and despite much use has stayed sharp with just stropping. I am very pleased with this knife. The fit & finish on mine is as described in the video. Lucas’ brother Ike does the leatherwork on the sheaths and has his own line of hatchets and axes mine (I have 2) came with the same quality as this knife. The Bullington Brothers certainly know how to build edged tools. 👍👍

Great steel Great tiger stripe eastern maple. The handle would make a great fiddle neck. The design is 100% functional, the sheathe looks like it fits great, Kinda like a great old Swede or Norwegian knife without a finger guard. Be careful.

I got mine today. Mine is 52100 steel maybe because I ordered a scandi grind, I don't know. Anyway, I'm not let down about a superior steel.
