It's a great thing for you to have the conversation between the ladies and guys. This is a great idea to have regular conversations with relatively small or large groups. Dialog is always a good way to analyze or criticize subject matter. It helps the people involved in the conversation to do critical thinking. You know that kind of thinking can influence a person's life. It gives everybody something to seriously think about or put into action. I hope you will do more of this type of community action.
